Bought an A1 printer from best buy that was defective. I took the printer to my local best buy and they took it, sent me a replacement within a week and gave me a refund of my purchase. Couldnt be happier!

I first brought this printer without the ams lite system. The filament get stuck so i returned it. There is no support via best buy for this printer, even being a total tech member. This is a big concern for me, still i brought this one because its a great opportunity for my daughter ro get introduced to 3d printing at a reasonable price. So happy i did. This one is onviously better with the ams lite because now she can print in multiple colors. Shes happy. Its awesome and it makes me an awesome mom.

I have a small 3D farm. I bought it at a Christmas discount. The printer worked day and night until Christmas due to heavy workload without turning off. No problems at all.

Incredible entry-level 3D printer. Very shallow learning curve to start, the machine just works as intended. You can be a beginner and start printing right out of the box (after some minor assembly) and get very good results. However, to get the great results you are ultimately looking to achieve, it can have a steep learning curve depending on your technical capabilities. The best part is that whether you're new to 3D printing or a grizzled veteran, both will get a ton of usage from this very high-quality machine. Bambu is similar to Apple in both quality and how the company is structured. Every part is high-quality and proprietary, which can be a turn-off to some. You can't buy genuine Bambu parts on Amazon, you have to go to Bambu.com. Their prices are on par with other companies, but you're limited to Bambu as your only supplier. You can only get free shipping if you spend x amount of dollars. No Prime shipping. If you only need one part, you'll be forced to buy more than you need or pay for shipping. The AMS is great, though it does have a few drawbacks. But it is great to have available if you want to do multi-colored prints or huge prints to supply back-up rolls of filament, so you are sure not to run out mid-print. It does waste a considerable amount of filament when doing multi-colored prints. But again, if you are experienced enough to do so, you can edit the settings and/or the G-code to reduce the waste. In summary, buy it, you won't regret it. With that said, I purchased this for $509 right before the tariff wars. It is now $699. At that price, I would say you could easily find other machines that will do 90% of what this machine can for a lot less money. The Elegoo Centuri Carbon is only $299 and will outperform this machine a some ways. Do your research, There are lots of options out there at every price point.

We purchased this for our grandkids based on a friend's recommendation. He told us it was very user friendly. So far so good everyone seems happy with it.
