Great entry level printer! Simple to use and fun. We have spent hours printing creations from their maker site, there are so many options available. For creative people, this printer will print out just about anything you can dream up and design.

This printer has been running almost non stop since we got it. It is an absolute work horse. It's so easy to use for a beginner. Only prints that have turned out bad were because of cheap filament.

We love the Bamboo labs printers this is actually our second one and 3 rd printer over all. Our first one was a creality and messed up a lot. No issues with the bamboo. Print quality is great! Goes faster then our first printer did, overall will always go for the bamboo printers.

The person who served me in Mooresville was very kind; his name is Michael L. However, the woman who served me in the pickup area in Charlotte North Lake was very rude. She didn't even respond to my friendly greeting. She and her coworker were talking, and she just rudely told me that my order wasn't ready. I think that pickup staff, like this woman, at a company like this, should be better trained in customer service. Thank you.

Super easy to use, ive been 3d printing for 3 years with a flashforge and when i got this, i was shocked at how easy it is to use! No big failures yet.

It works well, setup was easy and well documented. The app works great. everything about this printer has been good. my only concern was with the delivery, the person it said was delivering it was not the person who showed up. I guess thats not a big deal at all but still, I was like... thats not who the shipping info said it was going to be.

Originally I purchased the A1 mini just to get started. It is a great starter printer. Then I decided to upgrade to the A1. It is even better than I expected. A friend of ours has a different brand of printer and those prints are nowhere near as good a quality. I highly recommend this printer.

I brought this machine because I am new to 3d printing, so I did not want to spend too much money in case I decided not to do much with it. I found the setup instructions on youtube, and the set up was not hard, but required more time to assemble. Since it is open i found that i have to keep my filament from getting dry because it causes the print to have stringy filament. If it gets clogged it is easy to unclog and there are a lot of videos on youtube that will help you. This is great for beginners, but if you know you will be doing a lot of printing, I would say go with one of the enclosed printers like the P1 or P2

Shipped quick. Box was in perfect shape. No missing pieces. Setup was easy and fast. And its making perfect prints right out the box.

Product works perfectly out the box. It did show an error at first but I didn't have one cord plugged all the way in. Once I correct my error it works perfectly. My son loves this printer.
