It was super easy to buy online and pick up in store. Bambu labs website has these in backorder. I ordered online it said ready for pick up in one hour, it was 5 minutes and ready to go! This review is more for best buy than the product, its a christmas gift so we haven't opened it yet.

This has been the best gift, ever. My husband was thrilled and he spends all his free time playing with it!

In short, the A1 is a great printer if you have the space and want to just set it up and start printing away. No setup beyond the 15-30 minutes it takes for the actual printer and AMS to get to setup and thus it works wonders. I made some gifts for friends, family as well as utility items like holders for keys and shower curtain rods and it was fantastic.

I love my A1 Combo. I had never 3D printed anything before getting this printer and now it’s like I can’t stop. This machine is small but mighty. I would recommend it to anyone starting out in 3D printing.

Prints great with minimal work needed, AMS Lite makes multicolor printing easy. I've had no issues with this printer so far after a month of use.

This is my first Bambu Lab product and I am concerned with the quality as I received my A1 and the screen was hanging out of the housing. Not thinking too much about it I stuck the screen back in place and continued the assembly. After everything was assembled, I powered up for the first time. After power up I noticed the screen display was not functioning properly. This is unfortunate because I had heard good things about the A1. Shipping was surprising fast but may have also attributed to the damage, who knows. I currently have a support ticket open with Bambu Lab. Not the way I wanted to start my Bambu experience, but I would proceed with caution when purchasing.

The printer is good have not had any issues with it. I had an issue with the AMS Lite system. The issue was that 3rd party filament would fall off the AMS Lite. Fixed this by printing a holder that’s added to the end of the filament roll.
