I've replaced several parts from Bambu support but none have resolved the issue. Now Bambu wants to replace the printer but says i should go to best buy to replace it. Best Buy says I missed the return window by 10 days. We'll see if Bambu comes through to replace this paperweight of a printer.

Support has been terrible Bambu says just put a ticket in and wait. But in typical Best Buy fashion the agent on the phone assured me they are in stock at my local store I can just run up and exchange it. But the store let me know none of the local stores will have any for a week not sure why they told you that. Since it doesn’t work the value/quality/ease of use are all 1 star at best I will update this after I get a replacement.

Don’t buy this in advance of the holidays because your warranty will expire before the problems start 1-2 months in and Best Buy has said they won’t help because their system doesn’t recognize the 1yr manufacturer warranty on most 3d printers. The manufacturers will only offer chat bot support tha doesn’t

I ended up having a problem where the box that holds the power connectors for the x y z axis would not clip in. Seeing as how that is an important part of the printer I ended up returning it. Maybe for like $350 it would be worth it but for $700 I'm glad I returned it.
