Returned it because it was not accepting all of the filaments and purchased the enclosed Black 3d printer for a few more dollars.

It lasted less than 2 weeks. Really disappointed in this product. The manufacturer didn't help either. Tried troubleshooting with them, they couldn't explain the issue. Thankfully Best Buy took it back out of the box.

Never seems to just run, always gets an error message

A lot of the items being printed have not been the best quality. Had better expectations.

great printer but my ams lite on 1 of the 2 printers came broken but simply taking the part that was broken and reassembling fixed the issue just annoying i had to 2 days after bringing it home

The plastic of the printer feels really cheap and when I was assembling it I was afraid of accidently breaking it. I ended up having a problem where the box that holds the power connectors for the x y z axis would not clip in. Seeing as how that is an important part of the printer I ended up returning it. Maybe for like $350 it would be worth it but for $700 I'm glad I returned it.

Bad quality. Difficult to assemble. Not worth the amount.

Great printer when it was on sale for 529. At 699 there are better options. Not a knock on Bambu. I get the tariff situation. But until this printer comes back down in price i would wait.

Broke right away just bought new parts for it really should not have to buy parts for this already

This printer doesn’t work and I can’t get a replacement for it right now. Bummed, because I’ve heard great things about it.

Arrived broken. Had to return to the store and the item is now unavailable so now I have to wait for them to get them instock

They lost my shipment and I had to go get it at a store month later

Printer worked fine for 4 months then broke. There is no technical support. We did a lot of Google searching to try and solve the problem but no luck.

Don’t but this. It’s an ender 3 with a fancy label. A waste of money

sold me a defective product. 1 day past the exchange window due to my work schedule. says the 18th last day its the 19th morning as im writing this. they all refuse to help.

My experience was ruined by customer service because they were unaware of the store policy. It’s unacceptable that Best Buy allows representatives to provide customers with incorrect information

Out of the box heater was not plugged in and extruded was not put together correctly.

Terrible - a month old, barely used, already broken. Not allowed to return. No phone number to call for manufacture warranty, it’s a lengthy online process for repair.

Machine still dont work properly a month later im still buying parts to see why it dont work!

Once assembled, this machine hasn't stopped printing for the last 3 days. The process is almost as simple as printing papers. The Bambu Studio and Handy app are just super to easy. And community support is amazing. Almost anything you want, there is a model available. I am still in the early stage and so far it has been flawless.
