It's printed a blob of death and broke some wires to the thermistor. Customer service from bambu was terrible and absolutely no help. Best customer support was Amazon though. I had purchased geek squad protection and if you buy this you should too. That made everything so much easier in the end.

However, the extruder went out after just 4 months, and the warrenty only covers it for 3. So in less than 1/3 of a year ive already had to put additional money into the printer for replacement parts.

I've replaced several parts from Bambu support but none have resolved the issue. Now Bambu wants to replace the printer but says i should go to best buy to replace it. Best Buy says I missed the return window by 10 days. We'll see if Bambu comes through to replace this paperweight of a printer.

Very disappointed that it only worked for a few days and then it would not load filament. Even worse is that Bambu Lab does NOT have a customer service phone number!

But Best buy delivered it through a patrner (Roadie) and the delivery person stole the item. I had to buy another one in a physical store. I am trying to get refunded by BestBuy for 2 weeks and no response so far. This is unaceptable.
