The 3D printer itself is great. But Best buy delivered it through a patrner (Roadie) and the delivery person stole the item. I had to buy another one in a physical store. I am trying to get refunded by BestBuy for 2 weeks and no response so far. This is unaceptable.

I really had high hopes for this but the display was broken right out of the box. Support has been terrible Bambu says just put a ticket in and wait. But in typical Best Buy fashion the agent on the phone assured me they are in stock at my local store I can just run up and exchange it. But the store let me know none of the local stores will have any for a week not sure why they told you that. Since it doesn’t work the value/quality/ease of use are all 1 star at best I will update this after I get a replacement.

Poor Best Buy support and fact that warranty repairs is conducted from Overseas andcno local support makes it a bad deal.

Easy to set up and use. Had proble s with some filaments

The printer itself works amazing but the AMS system is heaping pile of trash. It constantly gives false errors saying there are jams clogs etc and constantly causes failed prints.

Purchased this item for my daughter's birthday. Arrival was quick, assembly took bit but the directions were clear. However, the unit I received had a faulty part and the exchange/return process was absolutely disappointing. They do not keep this item or any 3D printer available in stores, so was not able to exchange the item quickly. It is not a light weight unit, so driving it to the closest Best Buy, carrying it into the store, only to have a rude customer service person with no interest in resolving the faulty part was extremely off-putting. The Geek Squad refused to even look at the unit to assess if it was fixable. Wound up purchasing a unit off of Amazon that worked great and has been significantly easier to purchase PLA for.

Stopped working after 2 months and company is refusing to replace.

This product is trash. It doesn’t make anything without getting clogged or jammed or something every ten seconds. It sucks. It’s not worth the money at all. My son is so disappointed as he saved up all of his money for two years to get one and now it doesn’t even work correctly. Ridiculous for the cost.

Works great for a bit then it’s no longer any good. So buy the warranty because after a couple weeks you’re going to need it.

Got this product last July. Used it only a couple of times, and it started acting up. Packing it up, and returning it back to the store. Not happy.

Was great until it wasn't. Super easy to use but nozzle jams are frequent.

Although the printer did work, it kept jamming over and over again, the tube that connects the pla to the head of the printer kept going inside more and it was hard for it to pull out

Seen to be decent but the Ams lite is kinda irking due to it always get stuck and plus I felt like my equipment been used before like it was a return

The AMS jams consistently! The print quality itself is pretty good, but if you plan on using the AMS, you should also plan on manually feeding it and resetting it all the time. Not to mention, Bambu is a terrible company who is suing an open-source creator! Go with another brand.

I was dissapointed that after I spent $500 there was no filaments included.

Filiment wants to keep getting stuck machine keeps stopping mid prints

The printer is very finicky. We used the printer for a day and then it refused to load filament. We followed all the tutorials online and nothing has worked.

Returned it because it was not accepting all of the filaments and purchased the enclosed Black 3d printer for a few more dollars.

great printer but my ams lite on 1 of the 2 printers came broken but simply taking the part that was broken and reassembling fixed the issue just annoying i had to 2 days after bringing it home

A lot of the items being printed have not been the best quality. Had better expectations.
