Awesome 3d printer and well worth getting the ams as well

The printer did work for at least 2 weaks. After a little i started to run in to problems like stringing, filment getting stuck, and extruder not working right. I have dryed the filment did everything the printer asked to try to fix this and it is not working

This is my 3rd printer with 2000 hours on the first one so far since November. Minor issues here and there but that's expected. Software is incredible.

Great purchase. Only bad thing is you can’t keep them in stock so I’ve have to order the other 3 printers from the actual website. But the one I ordered from her was very fast shipping and I’ll be ordering more soon

Awesome printer .. this is my third printer wanted something for small projects..

5 weeks to the day the machine was printing and then smelled like burning electronics then stopped working. Screen wouldn’t light up and light on front no longer turned on. Light on switch still lit when on. The kids had a blast while it worked and I would recommend Bambu for ease of use but on the fence if I would buy an A1 again. This was an early Christmas gift so now what to do. Best Buy refunded my money but nothing in stock to buy at this point. I wish you luck if you decide to buy an A1. They are super cool when they do work.

I am very happy with this purchase. I see my son working with his bambulab and I know that it was what he needed for his college work.

This is such a great 3d printer for beginners and pros! This is the second one I have bought and they work great right out of the box.

If you are mainly hobby printing and not trying to print in exotic materials this printer in a horse!!! Don't even think twice, buy it!!!

Overall not bad printer, developers on the other end dont care much about software issues especially AMS system. Is crap and filament keep getting stuck or extruder itself cant pull it oit

Let’s start off by saying i never got my 3D printer, i had order this 3-D printer on July 6 and it was supposed to be delivered that day. Tell me why I had an email saying my item had been delivered. I went to my mail room which I stay in an apartment. Did not see my item at all, I reached out to customer service. They were supposed to send me out a replacement. Keep in mind I also made a payment on my credit card and then the other half with a gift card. Best Buy customer service said they will send a replacement for me and so I’ve waited and waited day after day next thing you know it became a week later. I reach out to Best Buy customer service every day to ask them. When will my item be released and they can’t telling me oh they will release it soon! Is all the answer I got every day. At this point, I am frustrated so I end up calling customer service and ask them what is going on. They have made a report. They did not reach out to me until two weeks later, telling me that I will not get my refund and that I should reach out to my law-enforcement. Wtf is that? Not only I am going to lose out on $500 but on top of that I have to reach out to a law-enforcement in which they will not do anything unless it’s a huge crime!!! Also I am a Best Buy reward member that I pay yearly $180 a year that’s supposed to protect my item.

The printer broke after only five months of light use — the filament melted and wrapped around the nozzle, making it completely unusable. I contacted Bambu Lab customer service by opening a support ticket (since they do not provide a phone number). I uploaded multiple videos, photos, and screenshots clearly showing the issue. Instead of offering meaningful help, they closed the ticket without resolving anything. When I logged into my account at https://us.store.bambulab.com/account, my ticket was gone entirely. This printer is still under warranty, yet Bambu Lab refuses to replace even the defective heating element. If this is how they handle warranty claims, it raises serious concerns about their commitment to product quality and customer support.
