I’m a first time 3D printer and this was easy to use. After the setup (maybe 30-45 min) we downloaded the app and printed something right away. App is easy to use and printing is addicting. Have fun!

This may be the best printer out there for its price point. Bambulabs is amazing the bambu studio is awesome maker world is awesome and this printer just works straight out of the box it is amazing some of the best prints ive ever seen come off of a p1s. AMS makes this thing flawless

Very simple to setup and start printing. You don’t need to know how to design, most things you can click and print from other people making it very user friendly

The Bambu Lab P1s is my first ever 3d Printer definitely worth it it’s pretty easy to set up the instructions made it clear and easy to assemble and after that it’s just making sure not to do any user error and printing whatever you want along with research on how to properly handle things if a print goes wrong but all around definitely a amazing way to start 3d printing wouod recommend

My son saved this birthday/Christmas over the last couple of years to purchase this 3D printer. Initially, we were going to go with a simpler printer, but made the right decision to splurge a little more and get the P1S. The ability to print in multiple colors is fantastic. Highly recommend.

I have been using this for a few weeks now. I love how easy it is to use. I got it with the AMS which is a big bonus. The printer just works. I have printed about 100 hours so far and have not had any issues with anything Bambu related. It was easy to set up with the instructions. Including the AMS. I was able to start printing the day I got it with ease. The software works great. The only thing I would recommend to upgrade is the filter. I got an aftermarket HEPA/Charcoal combo that helps with smells. I would recommend this printer for beginners and even seasoned users.

Easy to setup right from the box. My son has been printing since he got it yesterday and has already made quite a few things. The quality of the prints is amazing and we are very pleased with the purchase.

I absolutely love this 3D printer. It prints 4 colors with the different filaments. Its a blast to use and very simple to set up and maintenance with basic computer knowledge.

The Bambu Lab P1S is, without a doubt, an amazing 3D printer—but it comes with a learning curve that can feel anything but intuitive at first. Right out of the box, the hardware itself is impressive. It’s fast, precise, and capable of producing high-quality prints that rival much more expensive machines. Once everything is dialed in, the results are consistently excellent, making it a fantastic choice for serious hobbyists and professionals alike. However, the user experience is where things get a bit tricky. The setup and workflow aren’t as intuitive as you might expect, especially if you’re new to 3D printing or coming from more beginner-friendly machines. The software, settings, and overall ecosystem can feel overwhelming, with certain features not clearly explained or logically organized. You may find yourself relying on tutorials or trial and error more than you’d like. That said, once you push through the initial confusion and get comfortable with how everything works, the P1S really starts to shine. What felt complicated at first becomes second nature, and you begin to appreciate the level of control and performance it offers. In short, the Bambu Lab P1S is an incredible printer that delivers outstanding results—but be prepared for a somewhat unintuitive learning curve before you can fully enjoy everything it has to offer.

About as close to a "just works out of the box" experience as you can get. Print quality is excellent. Takes about 15 minutes to set up out of the box if you know what you are doing and can follow instructions. Includes some fillament, but you'll want to have a couple rolls on hand and ready to go to start some fun prints. Several nice QOL prints available for this printer as well like the AMS stand and "waste chute" improvements.

Excellent first 3D printer. I want 3 more, great price for high quality features as standard with Bambu labs

I think this is the Best 3-D printer for Beginners and/or anyone looking for something with an easy to use interface. The print quality is amazing!! Highly recommend.

The printer is fast and great quality. Quite literally the most plug and play experience my wife and I have ever had. Significantly faster than our old Neptune 4 Max as well!
