Great, But not so great

Did the Best Buy AI support. They did offer me to bring the P1S back and exchange it for a new one. None in stock till March 24th. I've already replaced the nozzle with the extra 0.4 nozzle that was in the tool supplies. They couldn't just send a 0.4mm nozzle. Have to return the whole P1S and exchange it.

Get the warranty

Exactly what I was looking for!

Bambu is known for it's quality machines, and the P1S combo package from BestBuy was the perfect option to get him started in multi-color 3d prints.

Meanwhile, Best Buy will direct you to Bambu’s customer service instead of handling the issue themselves. This back‑and‑forth creates unnecessary delays and frustration, especially when the product is defective out of the box. For a product at this price point, I expected better coordination between the retailer and the manufacturer, or at least a straightforward replacement process. Buyers should be prepared to troubleshoot and wait for parts rather than receiving a quick exchange.
