    I have had 3 Bambu Lab printers, so I'm not being biased. This one definitely a lemon. So many issues right out of the gate. I have had it and the AMS apart more than times than prints. Too many issues to list. I have a 17 other printers and I'm not a novice. Most people have great printer out of the box. Definitely not my experience. Lastly it's ridiculous to have a printer this expensive that doesn't have a touch screen and that Bambu blocked you from upgrading a touch screen through 3rd party. It's decent printer but navigating with 10 year old (Ender 3 type) tech is just stupid.

    I've been tinkering with 3d printers for over 15 years and this thing has been the biggest headache I've ever had. Purchased in March 2025 and it's been non functional for at least half the time. Either troubleshooting the issues myself of waiting on customer support. Customer support is fairly good but they should be with all the experience they are getting troubleshooting their product. The main issue has been with the AMS. Failed control board, not feeding, not feeding past the distribution block, not recognized by the printer. The print quality is great when it works but it's no so good to outweigh the issues.
