5th p1s own, had a minor issue with calibration. Cleaned the rods and calibrated it again. Been solid just oike the rest.

Ams brome within 18 days did all the troubleshooting possible took everything apart ans no fix worked but i definitely got unlucky the printer itself is great

Bambu labs has the best printers for multi color prints. The quality is top tier.

I loved this printer until it stopped working only 3 weeks after purchase and I have been dealing with customer service trying to get it fixed. They suck it's all by email, and the response times are terrible 2-3 days for each email

I purchased a Bambu Lab P1S Combo from Best Buy and began experiencing serious functional issues shortly after purchase. The problem was confirmed by the manufacturer as abnormal behavior related to the purge system. Although Bambu Lab offers some very good and reliable printers, I do not feel that the P1S is one of those. The issue was escalated to Best Buy’s corporate / executive resolution level early in the process. Despite the manufacturer approving a refund on December 5, the process dragged on for nearly three additional weeks with conflicting information and repeated delays. However, resolving the issue through Best Buy was far more difficult and time-consuming than it should have been. Key issues I experienced: Best Buy’s 15-day return window offers very limited protection for complex equipment where defects may not appear immediately I was initially told only a store credit would be issued, not a refund to my original payment method A return pickup was initially refused despite accessibility concerns, Pickup arrangements were contested, then later approved without clear communication to me. The prolonged process significantly increased stress and delayed resolution, even though the manufacturer had already agreed to the return Corporate Escalation relations took a “take it or leave it” approach Ultimately, the refund was not issued until December 29, and only on the day the return was processed did I learn that it was refunded to my original payment method — something I had been explicitly told was not possible and they refused to do. This appeared to be a processing inconsistency rather than a planned resolution, and I had no confirmation until after the refund actually posted. The entire experience significantly increased the stress and duration of what should have been a straightforward manufacturer-approved defect return. Best Buy’s 15-day return window offers very little protection for complex electronics when defects surface slightly later, and even escalation to the corporate level did not result in clear communication or timely resolution. While I did eventually receive my refund, the handling of this situation, especially at the corporate level, was unnecessarily difficult and prolonged. Based on this experience, I would strongly recommend considering alternative retailers when purchasing high-value electronics that may require post-purchase support.

great printer, "it just works" liked it so much i bought a second one.

This printer worked pretty well, but I had some feeding issues with the AMS system. Best Buy helped me with the return quick and easy.

I liked the machine but it spends a lot of filament and clogs the ams a lot.
