DO NOT BUY
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Everything was great for a couple of weeks. Then we had an issue with the filament getting stuck. It is impossible to contact anyone on the phone for support. You have to create a ticket, send them print logs, error codes, pics, videos...and wait for them to message you with how to fix it. We ended up having to disassemble the unit and put it back together and were able to get it to work once more only to get stuck again. If you don't get the extended warranty Best Buy won't help. Have gone back and forth for over month with Bambu Lab (creating tickets and sending messages) and the printer is still not working. Have only had the printer since February. Definitely regret buying this 3D printer. Huge disappointment.

Waste of money very poor quality lots of issues
||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Had less than 6 months and stopped working. Bambu will not exchange since i bought at best buy and best buy wont do anything since it is past 14 days! Ridiculous. This my daughyers Christmas present now just a giant paper weight. Bambu lab has zero phone numbers so impossible to get tech or custimer support. Useless chat line only. I would never recommend this brand to anyone again and would also not shop at best buy again for items not willing to take big loss on. This is horrible service by both best buy and bambu! Very disappointing! Geek squad said they do not even work on these printers

Its great when it works
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Everything was great the first 2 weeks using the p1s. I was printing almost everything no issue. Then came the first failure… and then more issues after that now about 90 percent of the prints are failing. I dont know if i got a bad unit but im going to have to return it soon the experience has been just disappointing as ive tried buying new parts for a new printer and its still failing. The only thing im glad i did was buy geek squad with this which im now fully planning on using.

Don't get it for the AMS
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Excited to have the AMS capability, but it tuns out it is garbage in combination with the printer. After 2 successful multicolor prints using the AMS it started backfeeding as soon as the filament hit the extruder. Customer support = non-existent, so I turned to online users for help. Used multiple different "possible things that will help", as no one could say there is a solution, but it is clearly a known issue since there is an abundance of online information about it, just never mentioned in reviews because the review is written from the "new" and excited perspective, not the realism that the majority of users have this issue yet Bambu does nothing to correct it or even offer ways to correct it! I feel like I threw $400 down the toilet, and could have went with a different brand for the AMS capability. The printer is solid, just have no expectations of multicolored prints.

WARNING - Didn't Come With Filament
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I received this and it is an amazing product. However I didn't get any filament with it like I was supposed to. Neither Bambu Labs nor Best Buy were of any help. They each suggested that I contact the other. Best Buy offered to replace the entire machine but it would have taken days and I had already set up the printer. So I had to spend $60 more just to get spools to get started. Amazing product, though!

DO NOT BUY
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After several failed prints, several error codes, and several 'failed to load/retract' from slot 3 of the AMS unit I contacted Bambu Labs support. I provided error codes, print files, screenshots, and even videos of the errors. Their response is that I completely disassemble the unit and rebuild it before they will help me. Search 'AMS slot 3 problems'. Apparently a known issue that they will not acknowledge... What a disappointment. Spend your money on a product that actually works from a company that will actually support it.

P1 S review
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Unit arrived damaged. The AMS was cracked in the build plate. Had a giant scratch that went across it. I did three prints that turned out. OK then I tried using the AMS and it started making a bunch of weird mechanical screeching sounds on the arms. I was really looking forward to having a cool 3-D printer not super happy with how it ended up.

Bambulab P1s
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Works great, but not a fan of bambulabs cutting out 3rd party accessories with there new firmware update. Would look into other 3d prints. Only reason why i dont recommend bambulabs is they only want you to use there stuff. Even if a 3rd party software/hardware is better. To my knowledge most other 3d printers do allow 3rd party accessories, or if not there up front about it. Check out YouTube for more info.

Standing Behind Policy Over Serving the Customer
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My Bambu P1S arrived and being busy it took me a few days to get around setting it. I unboxed the printer and went through 90% of the setup. At this point, I started looking for the glass front door; I found it at the bottom of a plastic bag shattered into tiny little pieces. Obviously, the door did not survive shipping. After two calls and an hour on the phone, having explained that the the shattered door and the installation kit costs circa $55.00 from Bambu Labs and that I preferred to replace the door myself rather than backtracking my installation and packing up the printer, I asked if I could get some compensation (i.e. a gift card) for my trouble. After jumping through hoops and being given hope that this was a possible solution, I was quoted chapter and verse by two managers that the policy only allowed for full replacement or refund on a drop-shipped item like the Bambu P1S. One policy to be vigorously enforced at a ridiculous cost to Best Buy and myself a longtime customer. I will repair the printer myself with no compensation and enjoy my last purchase from Best Buy. Well done!

Not Happy with this Bambu
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I normally am a huge fan of bambu products, but not this one. I currently own 2 bambu printers and am very happy wurh their performance. This printer is constantly having the toolhead cover just fall off, mid print it falks off and most of the time will destroy whatever was/is printing at the time or if the cover doesn't fall off the fan becomes unplugged so as a safeguard the printer stops running, normally while im at work so it has to sit all day and wait until i get home to repair the damage.
