They wont exchange this printer they say its over the return period What i got it on 3/19/2026 but online its states If you receive a product that is damaged in shipping, defective, or not the product you ordered, Best Buy will arrange for a replacement during your return and exchange time period. It’s important to note that items need to be returned in a like-new condition. 30 days is what i was told so why now 15 day for a defective product

The nozzle and extruder kept clogging. We returned it.

Its not working, i called the 1800 number they said to call the geed squad but they would charge me, i don’t think its far after i got 4 years of protection plan. I used it once then the second time it didn’t want to work the fabric was throwing all over and to check the back. Someone has to look at it or give me a new one

Had it one month. I've never seen so many issues. Not a best buy. A bad choice . I've become a certified mechanic trying to fix all these errors. And no it's not user error. My crealityi7 has given no issues. I work it just fine. Bambulab p1s needs assessments. Best Buy needs to take some accountability for their outsource.

This printer only lasted about a week before I started having jamming issues which stated that I needed to take the whole print head apart to repair which I really didn't have a problem with doing but when you spend almost $1000 on a printer you expect it to last more than a week this is the second bamboo printer that I bought that I've had problems with I bought the A1 combo and I'm on my third one in less than two months thank goodness for the Best Buy total warranty

We bought a printer 20 days after the purchase the printer broke, I brought it to the store for some kind of support. Did not ask to return the printer did not ask for my money back, ask for help. The person that was at the cash registry was laughing in my face saying that it is five days after the refund policy. With a smile which was extremely disturbing. Once the manager was called, I told him that I was never offered any of options to purchase warranty when I was buying the printer, in fact, even my child said when we were buying the printer, we were told by the person that was selling it was” I don’t know anything about it”. The experience was more disappointing than disappointing so if they would be zero stars, that’s what I would give. You lost customers for life.

One star is for Best Buys logistics and customer service, product is great so far.

I printed about 4 items and the nozzle clogged and i cant get support in putting a new nozzle in. Its become an expensive paper weight.

I know Bambu is one of the best companies out there for 3d printing, but I think I got one of their lemons. I think something must be loose as after hours of printing, the light starts to flicker and the print stops. Sometimes the printer will reboot. I'm sure this is just a one-off. I will be swapping the printer out for a new one.

Broke in 2 weeks of use. Setup was fine, printing runs was convenient. Broke quickly with a poor error pop up.

The print quality on the printer was pretty good when it worked, but the bamboo handy app was terrible and would not connect to my phone. Every time the printer would get an update it would just have more issues connecting to my computer. I wouldn’t buy a bamboo lab again.

Machine did not work from the beginning. I will try return it and get another one.

Printed a benchy and then had nothing but trouble and have not printed anything else.

I gave it away I replace fans, extruders , and more it was just so frustrating.

I havent even had this a month & ive had nothing but problems with it worst i should have ordered off the bambu site

The first one didnt work. The combo unit didnt get power. The second one the combo unit has trouble threading filament. They come without a user manual . The only way to rwach the company is by email. Seems like the combo units have many problems.
