This is my second time purchasing Band of Brothers! My first purchase was years ago. One of the discs went bad and won't place so I purchased this replacement set. Just a phenomenal series about the men of the 506th Regiment and what they encountered during WWII. I highly recommend it to everyone! I'll be visiting the Eagle's Nest next summer. Super excited!

Spielberg and Hanks broke the mold with Saving Private Ryan - and escalated WW II movies and shows to level never seen before. The most accurate depiction of WW II ever made. You learn about the war in Europe, the sacrifices made, and more importantly the cost of freedom. Great acting, scripts and characters. If you are a history buff or war move aficionado, then this is a cant miss.

I've always watched this when I found it on T.V., but finding this on Blu-Ray AND on sale? There was no question I had to have it. Watching these men build their camaraderie as they endured such hardship is a sight to see. Be on the lookout for many a guest appearance by many actors throughout the course of the series. Kudos to Michael Kamen for composing such a beautiful theme.

This series is by far the best telling of wwll that I have seen. Being from a military family, I wasn’t able to get a good picture of what it was like from my grandfather when he was in it, or the Korean War as well, as he passed when I was little. So watching the story unfold through the eyes of those that where there is something special to me.

The interviews with the real veterans of WW2 gives the story relevance. It's just amazing what our veterans went through and the conditions that they lived in to win the war. It shows why they are called the "Greatest generation".

I am a huge fan of the Band of Brothers miniseries, and when I saw this blu-ray boxed set, I jumped right in and got it. I have not been disappointed, it looks great and the sound quality is excellent. There are a decent amount of extra features as well, but I did not have much use for them. Overall, this was a great buy and I am very satisfied!

Came in looking for a smart watch. Had questions and associate was very helpful. As it turned out, a smart watch was NOT what I needed to accomplish task. I did purchase sonic toothbrush and used a gift certificate I had forgotten about x yrs! Again, associate was pleasant at checkout.

Incredible series based on true events from WWII. This is one of the best if not the best series made about war history and perfectly cast. If you watch just one series about the history of WWII then this is the one but I would also recommend the followup to this called The Pacific that is an excellent series as well. A 5/5

If you haven’t seen this series, stop whatever you’re doing right now, pick this up, and start. It is absolutely incredible! From the music to the story, it is a must see. Especially if you love war movies. The packaging and discs are in great condition.

Favorite all time mini series of mine. A WWII buff, I found this series moving on a number of emotional levels, and entertaining. it captures the moods of our soldiers, demonstrates the challenges of training, shows you the brutality of war, the madness of Hitler, the bravery of the greatest generation and the victories of the US military in the second world war.

I love war shows and movies so i had to get this ten episode miniseries. The first episode shows the bootcamp section then as the episodes progress then the audience with the soldiers enter the battle of WWII. This show is an emotional ride up to the last episode. If you can handle the brutality of Saving Private Ryan then you can handle this show.

One of the best TV shows I have ever seen. The casting is perfect, the atmosphere is very realistic, and the pacing is great. The Blu-ray version offers exceptional quality and is visually amazing.

My father thoroughly was appreciative for receiving this as a Christmas gift! The value was great. And the quality of the series is extraordinary. I'm in the minority and prefer The Pacific (my grandfather served there during WWII) but still a strong series from Spielberg.

After hearing many times that Band of Brothers was excellent, I finally broke down and made the purchase... having it be on sale of course helped quite a bit in the decision. While I haven't watched all the episodes yet, what I have seen have been impressive. I'm hoping that I can finish up the set sooner then later... if only I had more time in my day!

Was looking for Band of Brothers in Bluray and found it online at a really good price. It was easy to order, delivery was earlier than expected. Disappointed that I couldn't get this in the store but overall happy with order.

I had to upgrade this historic war miniseries of the WWII fighting from DVD to Blu-ray! The complete set from BB was only $10.00, super price! Great miniseries with a fantastic HD picture and DTS-HD 5.1 audio! This 6 disc set follows Easy Co.,506th Regiment of the 101st Airborne Div. thru Europe! Highly recommend to all fans including war buffs!

There are plenty of war movies out there but this one really stands apart to me. Perhaps because it is several parts (10 total, each about an hour long) but you really get to know the characters and feel so engaged throughout the whole series. I can't recommend this enough, especially if you like war movies.

This HBO mini series is still watchable and enjoyable after several years after it’s original release. Some episodes are action packed while others are plot based, but all are great. Highly recommended for those that enjoyed movies such as Saving Private Ryan.

Band of Brothers is gripping entertainment. It deals with the various battles this elite group of men face and the emotional stress of the trying to survive. Great set you will watch again and again. These men actually become brothers. You wll hear the actual soldiers talk about events before each story and they really set the stage.

This was a long series, but if you have the time, it is worth it. Lots of action, good development of story line, and factually correct. It actually showed the true emotions of soldiers on the front, and made you feel as if you were there. I will definitely watch it again.
