Timeless, intense, definitely makes you feel like you were there on the battlefield with them! I watch this movie every year around Memorial Day and it never gets old!

Watched this when it was only available on VHS and had a copie of the series on DVD. I recommend getting it on Blu-ray its worthy of the new format and even more enjoyable.

A must have for any WWII fan. Great acting. Great special effects. Great story.

Band of Brothers is an excellent HBO miniseries produced by Tom Hanks, and covers the 101st Airborne Division Easy Company's fight through France, Holland, Belgium and Germany in 1944 , form the D-Day Invasion in normandy to the capture of Hitler's mountain headquarters in Berchtesgaden. Great miniseries !

The best quality video and sound! The best WW2 TV series EVER. Period. There is no comparison. And it is all a true story. Incredible.

I know this is an older series, but it's still well worth watching, especially given the war in Isreal.

This is a great collection in general I got a run Deal other day and a great price. Once again, Best Buy has done it again.

This is one of the finest TV series ever made. It is way more than a war story, it is about humans at their best and worst in the most difficult, and at times most horrifying, possible situations. Yes there is lots of violence and blood, but it is never gratuitous, it is needed in order to make the audience (most of us having never been in combat) understand what these guys went through. It also happens to be one of the greatest treatises on leadership and management I have ever seen. Every episode has at least one lesson about what a leader/manager should do and should not do to get the most out of their organization -- in this case, an airborne infantry company in WWII. I believe this series should be used as a teaching tool in every management school in the country. Every management approach is represented, both competent and incompetent. Quiet leading by example and loud screaming/abuse. Kiss up/Kick down and protecting your people at all costs, even your own safety. Watch this series all the way through while teasing out the lessons it is teaching, and you should be able to see some things a little more clearly in your own work situation, and if you are the boss, to maybe be a little better at your job.

This was a great series when it first premiered on HBO. So when I saw the low price for the whole series on blue ray I was a little skeptical about what the quality would be. That skepticism went away after watching the first few episodes. The picture and sound quality are excellent.

If you are WWII fan, and havent seen this show then what have you been doing. Hands down one of the best WWII series.

One of the best war miniseries. I've had the DVD in the metal packaging for years but was excited to get it on bluray especially since it was on sale. If anyone loves movies/miniseries about war, I suggest you pick this up. You will not be disappointed!!

I haven't watched this since it first premiered on HBO 18 years ago. I hardly remember it, so it's like watching it for the first time. I bought it during one of the Deals of the Day sales for $10, so I couldn't go wrong. So glad to have this in my collection.

My son wanted this for Christmas and I picked it up on Black Friday for less than $10. For the money, you can’t go wrong with this title and it came with a steel case and digital movie too! Great mobile purchase with I store pick up. Enjoy the movie!
