The production values are insane, but there is so many characters is this series and they all look so similar that it is hard to grow emotionally attached to them.

Out packaging has a paper cover that does not stay on and creates an issue. Very awkward.

Movie was decent, at least a video rental at best.

This was a Christmas gift for my husband but was unable to watch it due to the horrendous amount of filthy language. If taking God's name in vain repeatedly bothers you then stay far away from this movie.

There was some sort of mix up. Thought I was purchasing the entire series because that is what the website said, but when I picked it up, I only got 1 disk with a few episodes. Was a hassled trying to return it to the star. Manager had to involved. Got a gift card credit

Thought it was the complete set I viewed years ago. Deleted several important parts of the story. The original box set was 5 star for sure.

Well done and informative especially the interviews of the men represented in these depictions of war. The amazing fact these servicemen were ordinary guys who when asked did extraordinary things not looking for accolades. Truly they changed the world and brought an end to the war.

While the image quality of the film may be showing its age somewhat, this is a fantastic addition to anyone's movie library. The copy that I purchased DOES include the Digital HD code (as is indicated on the J-card on the outside of the packaging), as well as a very nice 'hardback' slipcover.

Wonderful to watch after visiting Normandy recently. Simply amazing. What wonderful individuals saved freedom for our world.

This is probably the best WW2 dramatic presentation I've ever seen. I've been a war movie buff since childhood and also loved series like Combat, Tour of Duty, and even the cheesy Black Sheep Squadron. Band of Brothers is something to behold, basically a huge movie broken up into episodes. Based on a true story, it's enhanced by interviews with some of the actual soldiers portrayed in the series.

Band of Brothers another HBO masterpiece! All HBO mini series are fantastic! I watch B.O.B. at least 1 time per year. If you loved HBO's The Pacific & From the Earth to the Moon here is another Tom Hanks production from HBO that you will love. Great stories from the actual soldiers that lived through this time.

Band of Brothers has very few flaws. Some of the winter scenes don't ring true but that's about it. It has an excellent cast, the music is perfect and the directors chosen to work on the project made their entries their own but still made the overall arc of the series fairly seamless. Also, this has some of the best bonus content of any series ever. The interviews with the veterans showcased in the series are powerful and moving.
