Looked like it came from a trash bin

I had ordered online for my older granddaughter as a present. Also, knowing it would be valuable as a collector’s item someday. We went to the store to pick it up and I must say we were totally disappointed to find the box torn in several places and crushed. The store was busy and we had to wait a long time. I spoke with the clerk who retrieved the product. I finally was advised there was one possibly in the store. We searched.. no help came. nope! The manager came and said there was nothing they could do and assured me even if I ordered a new one… they could not guarantee the condition of the packaging! We walked out with a crushed, torn box. Not a satisfying experience … after waiting anxiously for this special gift.

A lot of fun!
