Love it My personal bar at home no good investment

I was impressed that they used glass containers for the alcohol, but the machine quality disappointed. The screen was scratched up and not even in place, bubbly over the edge. Didn't get to use it yet, we need to return it. Also to be mentioned, the pods that we bought with it were expired. As you can guess, that made everyone's Christmas.... To make it worse, I can't attach the picture (rip)

Nice to look at. However, the drink pods are def on the sweet side

...while it lasted. We were very excited to get this new toy, but unfortunately it failed after two drinks. Hopefully this is an isolated problem, as the concept is great. Our two drinks were tasty as well. Now to test the warranty.

If I could give a zero I would! The machine leaks so bad it ruined my countertop all the liquor comes out. It’s impossible to get ahold of the manufacturer. Don’t waste your money I’m stuck with a 350 non working machine!

Broke after a week. Wouldn’t recognize pods and screen would freeze. Contacted Bartesian with no return calls or resulution. Stuck with lots of pods.

A friend turned us on to this. We love it. Would be nice to be able to buy the pods locally though. No issues.

Used the machine for the first time at a company event. And it stopped making cocktails after the 4th or 5th drink. Kept going back to sleep mode. Super embarrassing! Manufacturing errors. I do not recommend

The concept is really nice, but one year later, my display isn't working and I've only used it once. My one time use was unboxing and setting it up at my home bar.

I have had the machine for 4 months. It has been trouble since the first day. It frequently fails to read capsules, the touchscreen is non-responsive, and sometimes the machine won’t even turn on unless it’s first unplugged then plugged back in. I’ve tried meticulous cleaning, opening and closing the lid, and cleaning the bar code reader, but it still fails to read capsules. However, if I turn the power off and on without opening the lid, it instantly reads the capsule. So it’s not related to cleaning or how I closed the lid. I contacted customer support who at first of course tried to blame me, but finally gave me return authorization for repair. They received unit at close of business Friday. Monday was Memorial Day holiday so machine wasn’t looked at until Tuesday. On Tuesday, they decided nothing was wrong with machine and sent the same defective unit back to me along with a gaslighting email saying if I was having issues with the machine, it must be my fault. They totally refuse to acknowledge the issues I’m having or that there could be anything wrong with their machine. They even went so far as to suggest something us wrong with the electrical outlets in my 10yr old house and that’s why the machine doesn’t work correctly. If you’re lucky enough to get a fully functional unit, everything should be great for you. But if you’re as unlucky as I was and receive a defective unit, be aware that customer service is non-existent with this company, and be prepared for the gaslighting and being blamed for whatever is wrong with the machine. This company does not care about the quality of the product, nor do they care about the customer.

Bought it for my wife. She absolutely LOVE IT!!! So happy she loves a gift I bought her
