Geek Squad guys arrived in a timely manner and got right to work setting up our new turntable to the sound around. They also hooked up our new headphones. The also took care of a problem they worked on their previous visit. But that issue still isn’t working. They tell us the volume gets out of sync when it is being turned on & off. Doesn’t seem like it should though to us. Very frustrating! Otherwise we are happy with the service we received.

The Geek Squad tech also hooked up our new TV to the antenna, Wii game, DVR player and sound system. It all works!

Good installation. Still waiting on hooking up the subwoofer.

Recently replaced my entire entertainment system, which included a receiver and surround sound. I purchased the Geek Squad set-up services for everything and WAS SO GLAD I DID. It would have taken me an incredible amount of time to get it right, .... if I ever did. The folks that came to my house took the time to explain what they were doing and make sure it worked just right. Couldn't be happier. It is worth the cost.

Sound bar is not working correctly!! Please help!

The agent, Angelo, quickly found a problem I had with the HDMI eArc port on TV. Found a work around and contacted the Geek Squad to set up repair of eArc port.

Adam did a great job as usual. All is working smoothly and the sound is great.

Last time we had someone install a TV, Blu-Ray and wifi we had extra wires everywhere. Also had to have a page of instructions on how to use. This time the Geek Squad came got rid of the extra wires, made suggestions about other items we had. They hooked up 4 items seamlessly and only have to use 2 remotes one of which is for the DirecTV box. They even moved the old TV and other items to the other room. Recommend them highly!

The agent delivered and set up the TV and the soundbar. Shannon was excellent and provided helpful information.

It was an easy set up...The salesman at Best Buy told us that getting a Sound Bar would enable us to have volume control and access to the mute button on remote. Not True...did not do either.

Geek squad did an excellent job.They were very nice and no question was a dumb one. Expensive but great service.

Brandon came advised missing parts in mount said i need to exchg gave me his cell# to come later to finish the job .. cld every 2hrs no response.. cld Best Buy finally after spk'g to 3 people who also tried calling Brandon w/no response i spk to David(mgr) also could not get a response from Brandon!! set up appt for Sun w/Edward and Alex which were very knowledgeable and professional .. my experience turned from nightmare to excellent .. Thank You Guys !!!

The technicians determined what was needed to correct the initial installation of the soundbar and remote bluetooth speakers. They reconfigured the bar so that the speakers were properly paired with the bar even though the original Geek Squad installer failed to recognize this need

Hooked up everything and made notes for easy chess to the next steps in my repair

The agent came out and found that I had damaged the optical input on my tv therefore, connections could not be made. He was on time/early and was most courteous, professional and friendly. I highly recommend him and the Geek Squad for a professional and reasonably priced service, even though they were not able to complete the task
