Very friendly and helpful crew came to install. They provided great suggestions in mounting. However, we needed to have two more follow up visits to resolve the issue of the soundbar disconnectingto the WIFI

Ron L was great. He knew his job. He installed the 65" Sony and the Sound Box. Ron installed both units in less time than the two yokels that were here a month ago. I recommend Ron L.
I had two poor installers, from the Geek Squad, in Dec 2021, they brought and installed the incorrect Sony. I do not recommend these guys.

Called ahead, on time and very nice. Only reason for not giving a 5 star is they knew why they were coming out in advance. When they were here, they recommended getting a universal remote. I asked if they had one that I could purchase bc I would have purchased it. The response was no, you would have to purchase it then call us back. Lost additional sale

Geek Squad guys arrived in a timely manner and got right to work setting up our new turntable to the sound around. They also hooked up our new headphones. The also took care of a problem they worked on their previous visit. But that issue still isn’t working. They tell us the volume gets out of sync when it is being turned on & off. Doesn’t seem like it should though to us. Very frustrating! Otherwise we are happy with the service we received.

we have used geek squad on many occasions. The only problem I have is the lack of communication between two geeks. Ex: one geek comes and he can't figure out the issue or he may need parts and leaves without completing the job. Then the follow up comes, and a different geek is sent out without all the info or sent without the correct part causing another service call. Much wasted time due to lack of communication

So glad I had Best Buy install my new TVs and Soundsystem. Moving into a new house was stressful. They helped take the stress out of making sure everything was working properly.
