Recently replaced my entire entertainment system, which included a receiver and surround sound. I purchased the Geek Squad set-up services for everything and WAS SO GLAD I DID. It would have taken me an incredible amount of time to get it right, .... if I ever did. The folks that came to my house took the time to explain what they were doing and make sure it worked just right. Couldn't be happier. It is worth the cost.

Last time we had someone install a TV, Blu-Ray and wifi we had extra wires everywhere. Also had to have a page of instructions on how to use. This time the Geek Squad came got rid of the extra wires, made suggestions about other items we had. They hooked up 4 items seamlessly and only have to use 2 remotes one of which is for the DirecTV box. They even moved the old TV and other items to the other room. Recommend them highly!

My sound bar wasn't paired to my TV remote. Serviceman didn't connect it to the TV with an HDMI cord which, according to SONY, is needed to pair it with remote for TV. He, obviously, didn't read the instructions which clearly state an HDMI cord is needed.

Brandon came advised missing parts in mount said i need to exchg gave me his cell# to come later to finish the job .. cld every 2hrs no response.. cld Best Buy finally after spk'g to 3 people who also tried calling Brandon w/no response i spk to David(mgr) also could not get a response from Brandon!! set up appt for Sun w/Edward and Alex which were very knowledgeable and professional .. my experience turned from nightmare to excellent .. Thank You Guys !!!
