Best Buy set-up soundbar with a wireless Sonos speaker using our iPad. We can’t adjust the volume using the remote control we have to use our iPad.

The teck knew what he was doing got my sound just right.and with that sub-woofer WOW,Geek Squad !!!!

The set up was fast and easy. It was my first sound bar and wished he could have explained it more in depth. He was patient, polite and professional and was in and out quickly.

The Best Buy agents who came to install our tv, sound bar and wall mount were awesome. Worked efficiently and were very careful as they mounted tv to wall with device to hide cables. Took their time to do it right and asked for my opinion along the way to be sure I was satisfied.

Brian was the consummate professional and his knowledge was on full display. Not only did he install the system, he connected ALL my components to work off one remote utilizing the ARC connection.

Only had it for a couple of days and so far so good. Now, I'm coming off a 25 year old washer so...

Geek a squad who provided this service were extremely knowledgable and courteous.

We had the Geek Squad out to mount our flat screen TV over the fireplace (did a great job). During the installation, the tech commented that our stereo / TV sound system could use a subwoofer. So we took him up on his advice, purchased one from Best Buy and had them install it. Another great tech who also gave us a few tips on our system (using Bluetooth). These guys are always informative and helpful.

Techs provided good communication contact when they were on their way and arrived They took care of the situation and explained in great details excellent service

David Moore and Alex Padilla were so helpful. My first sound bar didn't work. They exchanged and installed the new one the next day. Answer all questions. I requested these two men by name. They installed my 75" TV on Wall, Sound Bar, Sub-roofer and speakers. 3 service calls, as I purchased each on different occasions. Clean work. These 2 Men were so helpful. I am a 65 year old woman.
