The sound bar is great. Makes all the difference in the sound

Once again a great job done by the professionals at Geek Squad! They took the time to set up my system, including stalling wall mounts, and walked me through all of the options on my new Vizio Elevate system. While they are a little expensive, Best Buy stands behind their work and will make things right if there is a problem. Great job!

this actually went much more quickly than expected. The set up was easy and fast.

Well where would I start? After purchasing a 100" Samsung and their best soundbar I was told soundbar will need to be picked up by me, or it will be returned, 76 miles round trip, by me. Installation team was a "no-show, no-call,no-refund"!!!!!?? At the time of writing this, I'm preparing to drive to get refund owed to me. I'm contacting Best Buy and Samsung corporate as well as the Better Business Bureau. Geek squad management not not only dropped the ball they lost it, not sure they even realize they are on a team. Oh there's no way to contact the store by phone. I pretty sure I know why!!!!

The setup of our home theater audio was excellent. Care was paid to installation and sound quality.

A Geek Squad member came out to my home to relocate and reconnect my BlueRay player that I thought was not working properly. The Geek Squad member was both quick and thorough in accomplishing this task. He also provided some useful tips to try in the future should I experience a similar malfunction. I was completely satisfied with this Geek Squad member!

Excellent, fast, professional installation. No mess no problems

Service was great but the soundbar is a loser. It cuts out every time there is a change in the broadcast. It goes looking for the proper sound and thus you miss the first part of the program and the lips are moving but no sound as the soundbar looks for the right type of sound you know doby or whatever.

Tyler's customer service went above & beyond. He delivered & hooked up my new 65" LG tv. He also helped me order a blu-ray & tuner and then set a 2nd appointment to hook these new items along with my Bose speakers. He made sure I knew how to operate all before he left. I appreciate all Tyler did "HIGH FIVE TYLER"! Thank You!!!

We were hesitant at first but glad we made the decision and purchased the service. We had the opportunity to use the Geek Squad on two occasions.. Both times the reps were courteous, complied with the covid guidelines and answered all of our questions.. Took their time to be sure we knew how to operate the equipment. They were very professional...
