When the Geek Squad came out to set up our new audio system to link to our entertainment system and universal remote, I wasn't too sure how well it would go. Our last system had major problems--the audio would increase to maximum level all on its own with the use of a remote, so we had to often manually adjust it. The Geek Squad technician had no problem setting up our new system. It now works like a charm...haven't done anything manually with it--EVER! Thanks guys!

He was Profesional and informative. I had an issue with my product & he made sure he photographed the issues and reported it. He ended returning to installed my replacement equipment. Hes one of the best!!

Removed old wall mount, installed new wall mount and tv quickly and professionally. Team was fantastic. They knew what they were doing! Connected the new TV to our smart remote and surround sound system. Found software update that were needed for all and completed those as well. Spent time explaining functionality of new TV. I would strongly recommend using them.

Geek squad did a great job trying to get the soundbar to work properly. However the soundbar (2nd one that was ordered) continues to be defective and so I've ordered a replacement. Geek squad: 5 stars. Sound bar: no stars

Technician called to say she was available earlier than expected. She had the sound bar connected and calibrated quickly, then proceeded to ensure all of my devices were synced and worked properly.

The team came and did an excellent job, answered all my questions and made everything nice the way I wanted it. It was a very good experience and I recommend it highly, no issues whatsoever, the price was right and scheduling was straight forward. I did not know what to expect, but my expectations could have been pretty high and they would have still been met or even exceeded. Knowledgeable techs with all the tools and skills they need.
