Guys were great! I couldn't figure out a pretty simple issue, but they didn't make me feel like a total idiot. In fact, they complimented me on the overall setup. Will definitely use them again when I get in over my head. Which is about every six months, lately. Thanks, again, Best Buy, for the Geek Squad. Start sending these guys back to work!

I had geek squad installed my tv to the wall as just let a professional do it as i know i would of messed something up or it would of been crooked. The geek squad tech was in contact with me throughout the day and installed it very quickly and set up everything to the tv.

Austin and his partner, sorry I can’t remember his name, were outstanding! I struggle with this kind of thing so it was great to have the Geek Squad van in my driveway and they made it look easy, and were pleasant and kind, they were really great!

The gentlemen that completed my install were very sweet, polite, and thorough. They answered questions I had, and even made product placing recommendations, which turned out to be amazing. I have since decided to do an in-wall installation, and will be requesting them, through Best Buy, to come back out to complete that install. They were great!

Geek Squad came at appointed time and installed Mobile TV mount, attached TV to mount, connected soundbar and various audio components. Friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient!

We could hook up the soundbar and it worked properly. What didn’t work correctly were the Homepods wirelessly to the Apple 4K box. They would work for a while and then shut down themselves, the 4K box and the tv. We tried to reset the TV preferences to sound through the TV itself and this did work for the Homepods to work with the Apple 4K box. However, after a half hour of playing, they gave out again an shut down everything. I disconnected the soundbar and all was right with the world. The tv speakers played and when I switched to the Apple 4K box, the Homepods worked just as expected without any premature shutdowns. My guess is that you can’t have a soundbar attached and expect to have the Apple 4K box without shutting down. Anybody want to buy a soundbar? The Geek Squad guy was a very conscientious and patient person to work with. We though we had a solution, but in fact we did not.

So glad I had Best Buy install my new TVs and Soundsystem. Moving into a new house was stressful. They helped take the stress out of making sure everything was working properly.
