Geek Squad set up my new Samsung TV and sound bar. As I watched the technician I was glad that I had not decided to do this myself. First time having a "Smart" TV and it was great to have an expert show me all the new options and how to access them. Having the remote programed was a bonus.

Good connection of sound at to tv but poor explanation of how it worked

The geek squad delivered and installed the TV snd sound bar quickly and completely including the extra bits for the sound bar they introduced us to our new system and answered all our questions at he time. (we now have couple additional questions and will contact them about those) Problem: TV manual is only on-line, evidently.

Dustin got my soundbar set up, showed me how to load apps, set up a music app for me, helped me setting up antenna stations and handled several other items for me. I found him to be knowledgeable, professional, personable and extremely helpful.

I'd had a bad experience with the Geek Squad a few years back and dreaded having them come out and set up my new receiver and TV. Brian Andrade showed up at my door and by the time he left, I was ready to adopt him. The second time he came out, he brought another technician with him and he was awesome as well. Unfortunately I didn't get his name. These guys were courteous, helpful and just all around nice guys. Give them a raise!!!

Geek Squad arrived at agreed time. Very professional and knowledgeable. Evaluated old device to confirm it was not working before installing the new soundbar. Great customer service.
