When he arrived he had the the he needed to connect my TV. He was very polite and had all his safety protection on. He was very knowledgeable on what he was doing and took his time to make it was done correctly. He went through everything with on how to operate the remote and he did a fantastic job on making sure you could not see the cords.

Aaron arrived early for my Geek Squad appointment, cleaned up the area when he was finished, and asked for my input as to what we expected to achieve with the set-up of this sound system. He then made recommendations which improved upon my initial ideas, and set-up everything flawlessly. Purchased Roku to be setup by Geek Squad..not a sound bar. Too soon to evaluate since I haven't used it. Will know it it's okay or need to upgrade due to paying Annual fee to Channel 8. Geek tech is excellent., The annual fee for service is worth it!

Our technician knew how to set up our stereo system and TV in a fast and professional manner. He also explained how to work both with the remotes. However, I could not find the 4th speaker for him and now I have found it, so we will soon be setting up another appointment for the speaker and to also look at our printer. Thank you in advance.

The agents installed a new sound bar by disconnecting old devices then connecting the sound bar to our smart television.
They performed the service quickly and organized all our old equipment that they disconnected by rolling up the cords then neatly placing all items together so they were easy to store.

Lessor experienced technician than others I have experienced in past, had recently come to my house installed a sound bar for another one that when turned n would not give any sound. It had to be turned off and on repeatedly in order for the sound to come on. The picture on the TV would always work but no sound until played with. Well the new sound bar installed did exactly the same thing and still does until hopefully another technician scheduled in the next day can solve the problem. There is no reason this new sound bar is not yet working except for the inexperienced technician who did the installation and could not make it properly work. The previous sound bar was a Samsung and the newest is a BOSE. IN FACT THERE WERE OTHER REQUESTS INMADE THAT THOS TECHNICIAN COULD NOT PERFORM AS WELL. VERY UNSATISFYING THIS TIME AROUND WHICH PROMPTED ME TO TELL THE GEEK SQUAD NOT TO SEND THE SAME OR PREVIOUS PERSON AGAIN.

The bestbuy tech team connected my 65” Samsung to a corner wall mount and were great working with me on the exact height and placement so it was just like I wanted. Then they hooked up the audio system, DVD, cable, and programmed a new Logitech remote. They explained it all to me and made sure everything worked before they left. All cords were hidden and it works great.

Branden did an excellent job of installing my sound bar. He was very helpful and well informed. Also, he was very pleasant and polite. I will be requesting him for any Geek Squad job I have in the future.
