The technicians who connected my new TV went way above and beyond. They created a work around that made it possible for the TV to fit in a cabinet we had in the house. I can't say enough about their creativity and workmanship.

geek squad staff came to install and swap out a couple of blown in ceiling sonos speakers. they were very knowledgeable, professional, and curtious. Upon completion of the work they tested everything out and the speakers sounded great. I would highly recommend them and use them for future jobs.

Just sit and let them to program and you will get the best sound of your system.

This agent was fabulous. He took his time installing everything and then took all the time explaining all the features of the TV and how to operate it with both the TV remote and cable remote.

I have now used Geek Squad 3 times, all for different reasons, and all that I can say is that the service, the competency, the professionalism, the timeliness, the courtesies, the education are all great but underlying them all are the Geek Squad people themselves who have serviced my needs. They're simply the best, absolutely delightful people in every regard!

I purchased a LG 4K OLED CX Smart TV. Tremendous TV, and the technician connected it to my Sonos Playbase without any problems. He also connected the magic remote to my Sonos for volume control. I appreciated the extra effort. But, Geek Squad, when making installations during COVID, please respect homeowners by using bathroom before you arrive for appointment.

Geek Squad agents mounted the TV and made all necessary connects to the accessories. Both agents were very polite and professional. When the install was completed, they took the time to explain what was done and then proceeded to show how everything worked, I was very impressed.

The Geek Squad got everything set up and working properly. Our old DVD player wouldn’t work, and they recommended one that they had i the truck, and got that set up, along with an indoor antenna. NOTE: We did not purchase a Soundbar.
