Geek Squad agents mounted the TV and made all necessary connects to the accessories. Both agents were very polite and professional. When the install was completed, they took the time to explain what was done and then proceeded to show how everything worked, I was very impressed.

The agents delivered our huge TV, took away the old huge TV, all the boxes, packing material. A big deal for two semi-invalid seniors. They hooked up all the electronics and showed us how to work everything. We couldn't have asked for nicer or more efficient and knowledgeable guys.

I would have given this a 5 star rating but it took two months for our request to be processed correctly and to get someone to our home to provide the promised service. Once the order was correct, the job was flawlessly completed. We have used the Geek Squad for many projects and the service they provide is excellent. Would highly recommend.

They were on time, professional, fast & truly went out of their way to make sure all the connections worked & then took the time to explain everything to us! Highly recommend & the Best Buy Black Friday in July reduced price was a plus!
