Geek squad installed TV and sound bar/subwoofer. They were knowledgeable, efficient and personable. They were patient answering questions and made sure we were comfortable with our new smart TV. They even responded to a text with a question after they left our house.

The agents delivered our huge TV, took away the old huge TV, all the boxes, packing material. A big deal for two semi-invalid seniors. They hooked up all the electronics and showed us how to work everything. We couldn't have asked for nicer or more efficient and knowledgeable guys.

The Geek Squad installer was just great. He hooked everything up & thoroughly explained how everything worked alone & within the system. I am technically challenged, but when Jake left, I completely had mastered the whole system. He also programmed the TV which I had no idea how to do. I was very happy to have had such great service. And what a personable & knowledgeable technician with whom I had the delight to deal.

The two technicians were very careful with handling, unpacking my new Soundbar. After talking to them I decided not to have the Soundbar attached to the TV. I am very happy with their professionalism.

I mounted my previous TV above my fireplace. I decided to have Geek Squad do it for me this time. That is the only way to go. The Geek Squad mounted my TV, mounted my sound bar and hooked up my XBox in 2 1/2 hours. They made all the wiring look neat and hidden. They did in a couple of hours what would have taken me a couple of days to do myself. Definitely the only way to go.

They were very patient when showing me how to operate the smart tv.
