the tech support staff make buying and setting up any new electronic item a pleasure. Our tech had it setup in minutes and made sure it worked exactly the way we wanted. This is the BEST 200.00 dollars you will ever spend

the agents mounted and set up my television and sound bar. Things were working well when they finished the job, however, after a few days we needed for them to come back because soundbar was not receiving sound. we were informed we needed a new sound bar. I was a little annoyed. Brought new sound bar it was installed and and so far so good.

I purchased an entire entertainment system for my family room. Geek Squad came out the following day to install a receiver and sound system. Within an hour they were done! Could I have done this job myself? Yes but I might still be working on it. Geek Squad was thorough, complete, professional. I am completely happy customer!

Perfect installation. Mounted my Sonos Playbar exactly where it needed to be. Once the sounbar was mounted he programed it to the television and the sound is amazing. Marc Buquoi also installed my 75" Samsung TV without a hitch. Would highly recomend him for any future installation I might need.

Most of the time when I have Geek Squad come by to install new tech, I have absolutely no problem with my installers. This time, that was not the case.
I asked to have a new Samsung soundbar installed to improve the sound from my Sony TV. Yes, it's a fairly simple install, but honestly, I wanted to ensure it was connected properly to avoid any issues. When the agent arrived, he did the setup, but he failed to check all the components -- specifically, the remote control. I shouldn't say he failed to check it; he did. AND IT DIDN'T WORK. The remote wouldn't increase or decrease the volume, it didn't change the volume on the subwoofer, and he couldn't get it to change to different presets. He kept pointing the remote at the soundbar -- nothing. After about 10 minutes, he shrugged his shoulders, declared it done, and left. I spent the rest of the holiday season becoming increasingly frustrated with the soundbar and recently returned it. Had the Geek Squad agent finished the job or admitted the remote wasn't working properly, I might still have the soundbar I had wanted in the first place. Very disappointed in Geek Squad.

The tech agent set up the TV but was very late arriving to my home.
He did not really explain to much and was in a hurry, as he said that they were going into overtime as they had other appointments that day, I guess I was the last customer of the day, but I called in the morning and the evening before my service appointment.

The annual contract with the geek squad is an outstanding value. They have done so many things for me both in the store and in my home during this year. The set up of my very good but aging stereo system was fantastic. I was impressed that they even know how to set up an older model. I can’t recommend the geek squad highly enough.

They were prompt and quick. Only complaint was it was hooked up with Xfinity hot spot in my neighborhood instead of my own wifi network. Both are wifi 6 and my phone at times would connect with the hotspot first. But I was able to fix that issue.
