Geek squad was great. Provided excellent service and they suggested updating my router which I would not have realized that it wasn't 4K in order for my new 4K tv to view properly. Well worth it to me hiring geek squad especially I didn't have the ability to get the tv home and place it on my stand due to the size. Needed 2 people.

The Geek Squad installed our new mini speaker soundbar. They also set the remote to control the volumn so no further need to touch separate speaker remote. Excellent install completed quickly and professionally. Very satisfied with Geek Squad as they take all the confusion out of purchasing modern technology.

We had an exceptional Geek come to our home. He didn't leave until everything was just right! He was polite, friendly, but most importantly on this occasion - he was very knowledgeable! He got our new TV system going, and we LOVE IT! We recommend the Total Tech Protection - we saved a lot of money on the purchase of the equipment and on the Geek installation.

The Geek Squad were extremely professional in connecting my stereo equipment, speakers, fire stick and programming remotes for my easy use. They educated me in the use of my system and how to navigate from one to the other. More importantly, they left me a business card in order to for me call if I run into any problems. I was totally satisfied with their service and professionalism.

Above and beyond my expectations, they arrived in the perfect time that was expected.

Geek squad arrived the Saturday after Thanksgiving. We were in the midst of decorating our tree. 3 yr old Granddaughter helping. More family members arrived. Unfortunately, I do not have their names, but the two young men called the Geek squad did an excellent job despite all the activity going on in our house! We are now enjoying our surround sound when we watch movies on our new TV! Thank you!

Just a few days after purchasing the new home theater system I shattered my kneecap. Obviously my physical limitations would have prevented me from installing the system. After observing the tech as he performed the install, I came to realize there was no way I could have done the work myself. A super value and one I recommend to anyone regardless of their level of do it yourself skills.

There was a miss communication on the app, when i tried to reschedule the appointment. Im guessing because its the holidays, the app kept crashing. But two ladies arrived to our house and provided an excellent service.
