Erin configured our surround sound receiver and home stereo system and made sure that all the functions were working. And informed us of the items that were not working. He was on time and very friendly and if we have any further problems we will request him to come over and check it out. Two thumbs! Thanks a lot!

Set up was completed to accommodate my audio needs

Agents mounted my tv and connected some peripherals, couldn't figure out the computer, told them I would do I but for some reason, Samsung will not recognize my computer. Need to talk to the geek squad on this one, never had this problem before.

Two agents arrived right on time. I told them want I needed done and 1/2 hour later they were done. They volunteered to take the sound bar trash with them and answered all my questions. Great Job!

Superb installation solution with quality hook up.

The geek squad was sent to make sure our TV and sounder were properly installed which was previously set up by a Best Buy 3rd party service. The geek squad made sure everything was set up properly and eliminated a lot of cable that we no lingered needed. They did an awesome job.

Very happy after the Techs connected our new LGTV55" remote control to our Soundbar system. With the old TV we had to use 2 separate remotes, and now we only need one remote to turn on the TV and soundbar together. It's so convenient now. Thanks Techs!

Tech arrived on time. Was most pleasant and helpful. Completed the work quickly, but methodically. He answered all my questions, and demonstrated every feature. Sound system works fine. Could not figure out what was causing a cracking noise out of my speakers. Had a Best Buy technician come out, test all of the components in my surround sound setup and determined that one of the channels in my receiver was no longer working. Recommended a replacement, installed a new receiver and I could not be happier.

I had a technical issue and my sound bar lost connection. I called the Geek Squad and scheduled a technician to come out. He arrived early actually which was great. After a few minutes he found the issue and showed me what happen. Great customer service.

Our whole home audio system was here when we bought the house and we could not get it to work. We called the Geek Squad and they took hours to figure out the weird way it was installed and get it working. They were tenacious and were not satisfied to leave it only partially working. The technician was prompt and accurately assembled my new sound bar and base. Downloaded data to my phone, gave me instructions regarding the remote control and in 30 minutes it was complete.
