geek squad came to house and set up my sound system with my tv sound is great

The agents connected a sound bar to my wall mounted TV, that they had previously installed. They were professional and courteous, careful in these 'Clovid-times', and quick. They were very willing to answer questions and quite informative. We are satisfied with the product and the service!

Early for appointment. Wore shoe covers. Very satisfied

The tech who came out was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He walked me through all the setup and how to solve minor issues it any.

Adam, the Geek squad agent that came to the house to fix my surround sound theatre system, knew immediately what to do and how to fix it. In addition, he was very polite and promptly on time. I am so glad I took out the annual Geek squad extended warranty. It’s a pleasure to know that they are there to back everything they sell.

Don’t see how the sound bar could have been proper spacing as level as can be. This day any age workers are as concerned with a job well done. Not the case with geek squad.

Excellent crew of two set up my new tv, soundbar and other devices. They made it look so easy and it has worked flawlessly since. They were very fast and right on point with the scheduled time. They even helped me carry my old tv upstairs to my daughter's room. Thanks again, great job!!

The installers were excellent and set up a sound bar and surround speakers finding a way to set up all speakers in a difficult room so that you can hardly see any wires.

Still having issues with conflicts between the Samsung TV and Samsung Sound Bar. When connected using a eARC HDMI Cable the TV drops out periodically. Appears to work using a optical cable but then I loose all the benefits of using a high speed HDMI connection.
