We are still having minor issues with the sound bar connecting with remotes. Somewhat our systems' having three remotes/too many components. We are just needing to spend more time addressing the isdues and will most likely contact Geek Squad for further assistance.

Geek Squad Team installed both the new TV (on the wall) and the Sound Bar. They had a hard job with installing the TV since they used the old TV Wall Bracket but in the end, worked their butts off and did a great job.

I had the Geek Squad do all the setup for new system - 55" Sony 900E, sound bar with woofer, blu-ray player, network cables, new modem and new surge protector. They answered all my questions on site to my satisfaction. When I had some issues (that were the result of my Internet provider not doing their job correctly), they helped me diagnose the issue over the phone.

Install went great. Had an issue with a sonos arc which didn't work properly on my samsung tv. required a second geek squad visit. we switched the sonos to an lg tv and it worked properly. no idea why but geek squad fixed it. consider getting an annual plan so geek squad installs are heavily discounted.

I did not need a TV mount but to fix my Sono sound bar. Unfortunately, the Geek squad guys did all they could but, I have to call and return my Sono. Best Buy website and service center need to be able to select better service call specific requests and alerts. Geek squad guys trying to get my refund for TV mount set up.

Jon and his partner set up my TV put the old one downstairs and got that up and running, faster than I ever could. Think you are tv savvy and over fifty? you could probably use these guys.

Agents mounted my tv and connected some peripherals, couldn't figure out the computer, told them I would do I but for some reason, Samsung will not recognize my computer. Need to talk to the geek squad on this one, never had this problem before.
