We wound up not having to use this soundbar. A tech came to install it and a was able to retrieve a code so we could use our other older one. We were happy about that.

The geek squad was sent to make sure our TV and sounder were properly installed which was previously set up by a Best Buy 3rd party service. The geek squad made sure everything was set up properly and eliminated a lot of cable that we no lingered needed. They did an awesome job.

I set this up by myself and I had a little bit of help when knocking Joshi baby talk to me over the phone they help me guide me through the setup I'm very happy

I had my large screen TVs mounted and setup by the Geek Squad. They did a great job and taught us how to use the controls to get the most out of our televisions. But Buy you rock!

The agents connected to a Denon Receiver, Smart TV, Surround Speakers with sub-woofer, DVD, Turntable, CD player, and Cassette player. They explained the Denon receiver and new Logi remote control. There is no way we could have done this. They were execellent and even returned later to see how we were getting along.

He could not get my sub woofer to connect. He told me I would have to replace the entire sound bar. HOWEVER, at the store I was told that I only had to replace the sub woofer.

They were extremely professional. Even though Best Buy messed up my orders by separating the items for different days but the technician was able to work things around so he did fixed everything on the spot.

I think the advertising on the box isa little deceptive as far as the wireless speakers are concerned, they are not truly wireless
