Thanks for your help. As a senior citizen with limited technical knowledge of todays systems appreciated the Geek team member setting up my system.

Soundbar setup was quick along with TV installation on wall. Did pairing of devices with remotes. Though my soundbar doesn't always power on as it should with cable remote.

Erin configured our surround sound receiver and home stereo system and made sure that all the functions were working. And informed us of the items that were not working. He was on time and very friendly and if we have any further problems we will request him to come over and check it out. Two thumbs! Thanks a lot!

Installers did a great job. They adjusted everything we’re quick very informative explaining how to use equipment and cleaned up where they worked.

The Geek Squad just installed 4 Klipsch in-ceiling speakers in my bedroom. Both guys were professional and clean! Made my wife happy. They wore shoe covers and cleaned up before they left. They showed up on time and did a very clean install. Very happy with the service.

The guys were great - and SO helpful in making sure we understood how things worked! They really went above and beyond what we expected. Yadi was terrific!! We got extra tips on how to manage controls...just super.

William did a fantastic job and got all the head phones working properly. However, the hookup pf my receiver to the headphones and to the Spectrum controller is still an unresolved issue In addition scheduling by Geek Squad is a serious problem (required manager to even get my service scheduled )

The geek squad service was great and the third party that was recommended and came to my installation on behalf of geek squad were extremely professional and knowledgeable of my wants and needs with my theater system! It turned out awesome and I couldn’t have ask for better quality service.

The installer, Justin, was fantastic. He actually came by twice as we accidentally unplugged unit and couldn't get it to reboot. Patient and professional!
