The agent came out to troubleshoot the installation of the TV and the Soundbar. The sound bar had not worked a week since it had been installed. The installation was fine the product was poor.

Could not figure out what was causing a cracking noise out of my speakers. Had a Best Buy technician come out, test all of the components in my surround sound setup and determined that one of the channels in my receiver was no longer working. Recommended a replacement, installed a new receiver and I could not be happier.

The Geek Squad installed my new 55'' TV, soundbar, rear speakers, & sub woofer. They were very clean, worked fast, installed all my streaming apps, & wore masks. They then dialed everything in. Highly recommend the Geek Squad!

Our whole home audio system was here when we bought the house and we could not get it to work. We called the Geek Squad and they took hours to figure out the weird way it was installed and get it working. They were tenacious and were not satisfied to leave it only partially working. I would definitely recommend this service.
