Great service from Geek Squad setting up my sound bar for my new TV. He did a great job and love my sound bar! Cannot do without Geek Squad for sure!

The agent was very knowledgeable and showed me how to do everything and then made sure I could do it. I was hoping it could be attached to the TV, but he wasn’t able to do that. Another group would. When I stopped by the store the part need to attach was not available, bummer.

Alex was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. After he hooked up my sound system he offered some guidance on getting my DVD/CD player hooked up when I get a bridge. This was my first experience with the Geek Squad and it was a good one!!

The agent did a great job explaining how to setup and troubleshoot potential issues with the soundbar and related speakers/woofer.

The agents arrived on time, were very customer centric, extremely knowledgeable about audio systems and were done quickly.

They did a good job, but they were very much in a hurry and didn't want to bother explaining all the options. The technology was new to us, so we would have preferred a more thorough explanation. We felt we had to really push to get our questions answered.

Great job setting up sound bar. Even greater job making sure all the cords were placed and cooled in such a way to minimize the clutter. Also great instructions on how to begin to use the system and the remote. Left card for follow up, which I needed to utilize. He got back to me with the fix for syncing sound with voices on TV. A godsend.

Geek Squad gave us the best customer service ever. Was having problems with a receiver purchased over a year ago. We paid to have them come out and look into the installment process. They were so professional, on time, friendly and solved our problem. Well worth every penny.. Kudos to you guys

They were nice guys but don’t know how to do there jobs I had an appointment for 2-6 pm and they were calling me at 8:30am of the day of the appointment to change my appointment and I feel that is very unprofessional.

I was not getting any sound through sound bar. The service guy was able to fix the cause quickly to my complete satisfaction. They also arrived on time and were very friendly.

Excellent understanding and willingness to share information on the issues to insure a perfect solution.

Chris was the young man that helped me, he spent all the time I needed to make an informed decision which led to a purchase I'm very happy with. There were several other customers waiting but he called for help for them and didn't rush me in anyway.
