The young man did a great job! He not only set the sound bar, he took time to explain how to use it!

The squad connected everything, removed all the old stuff, answered all my questions, demonstrated all the functions, and made sure I knew how to use it. Very polite.

The soundbar was not installed. It was recommended that our media room speakers be installed instead. We have had the soundbar for a long time and it worked perfectly fine before this move. It still works, something about the sound bar was competing with the new TV sound.

Geek Squad quickly set up my new sound bar and smart tv. They connected the cable and blue ray player and set up all remotes. This was a definite time saver for me and U was assured that my equipment was maximized to its potential. Great value for this service. I would highly recommend.

Mike Mumford was super helpful with connecting our satellite to the TV, answering questions, and giving suggestions for better TV viewing. Spent as much time as WE needed to feel confident and left a number for us to contact him if we needed any more help. Definitely going back to Best Buy to purchase another TV wall mount and ask for Mike.

This service was part of a larger service of moving TVs, adding mounts and setting up the audio for three areas. I could not be happier. Scott did a great job, very professional, and explained everything in a manner that I could explain it to others (very important in my house) Job well done!!

Geek Squad mounted our TV to our brick fireplace wall and explained every step of the process to us so that we weren't trying to guess what was being done, why it was being done, etc. Plus, both of the technicians were very respectful of our home, while wearing their PPE.

I bought this as an open box. When the Tech came out to install it, she noticed, something was wrong with it and told me to return it. It should never of gone on the shelf like that. Thanks to the tech, it was noticed right away.

It's not Rocket Science, but there are some electronics savvy and specialized mental training that's needed to pair up lots of the new tech that's on the shelves @ Best Buy these days. I wrestled with pairing my wireless Bose for 3 days. The Geek Squad Agent paired it to my flatscreen in an hour.BOOM !

I purchased a Sonos sound bar on the recommendation of a sales agent at Best Buy. The Geek Squad arrived on time and connected the sound bar and fully adjusted it for the best resolution to fit the room. Very good service.

the agent set my tv up with sound bar but the mouths on the tv people are behind the sound, the agent did not fix that, but was very nice and explained how the system worked.
