Professional and respectful. Two man crew did a great job.

The agent connected speakers, blue ray player, CD player and receiver to my tv that I recently had moved to another location in the home. This system is now going to be our main one in our home. The work was done with care and works wonderful. We are very satisfied.

We moved from Gilbert to Mesa in our new home, and The Geek Squad came to our new home and mounted the bracket on the wall and mounted our TV on the wall. They made sure before they left that all was working. TV, Sound Bar, 4K Blue Ray Player, Cox TV remote all was working.

Agents set-up my TV and sound bar the way I wanted, and showed me things I did not know (my first smartTV). They cleaned-up their mess to my satisfaction.

The agents properly connected my surround sound and ensured it was working properly

The good is that they got my tv working with my cable box. The bad is that they could not get the surround sound speaker kit to work with the sound bar and left me to dismantle the speakers and stands in order to return them.

Geek Squad mounted my 55 inch TV to the wall and organized all the cables to where they are pretty much invisible. They did an awesome job and my wife is finally happy not to be looking at a cable mess. Geek Squad was very courteous and considered. They had protective cloth they used to cover items and floor. Also cleaned up nicely afterwards.

I was told that no installer was needed for the new soundbar, but I am very glad I ordered installation anyway. The tech made all the adjustments to TV and soundbar, and was even able to get my new rear speakers to work!

the guys that came out to set up my TV and soundbar were amazing. super respectful and prompt. they were able to answer any questions i had and it didn't take them long to get everything wall mounted and set up for me. i will Definitely use this service again in the future.

Geek Squad set up our new home theater system and programmed our new Harmony Elite remote. They did a good job that was above our ability. Nit Pic - sound levels unbalanced between AM, FM, Blue-Ray, TV and internet. Would have liked them to be more balance. I wish I noticed the BLASTING sound levels before they departed so they could fix it.

Now this was a complete WIN for us. Our tech was super sharp, knew his stuff, respected the home and did the little 'extras' that make a difference. The Soundbar is outstanding and matches the set-up service we experienced.

Geek Squad did an excellent job with setting up my home theater system. They set up my sound bar, TV, receiver, DVD player and coordinated it all with using a single remote from my cable company. They even cleaned the TV screen and area once finished. They took the time to teach us how to run the remote and were courteous. Thanks Geek Squad!

they mounted the sound bar, placed sub and speakers in the right places. Then set us up with the Sonos app and dialed everything in. Very polite, clean and friendly.

So glad i had the geek squad there to put it together for me and explain how to work it, if it wasnt for them i would have been lost and frustrated...

Had Geek Squad deliver and set up our new Samsung Smart TV. They arrived on time, set it up and instructed us how to use it. They cleaned up after themselves and were very helpful answering our questions. I recommend the Geek Squad to anyone who needs them.
