THE TECHNICAN WHO CAME TO INSTALL THE SOUND BAR WAS FIRST CLASS. HE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND ALSO PERSONABLE. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE GEEK SQUAD TO EVERYONE. IT IS A GREAT VALUE.

Kristopher arrived right on time and was able to decipher the problem with my rear surround sound speakers. It was not an easy fix but he was diligent and used his expertise to fix the issue. He was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. As a retired teacher I give him an A+++++.

Did a good service for the two items they come for. Hook up a door m bell, and sound bar.
When they left they FAILED TO HOOK SCREEN DOOR, ON A VERY WINDY DAY . SO THE WIND CAUGHT THE DOOR AND CAUSED BAD TEAR IN THE FRAME AND DOOR ITSELF. THE DOOR WILL HAVE TO BE REPLACED.

The Geek squad kept me apprised of their arrival time. They set up my TVand sound bar and had both working in a matter of minutes. The tutorial was probably a little quick and short for this 70 year old. I had to call when a few days later the TV froze up requiring a power off reboot. That squad member was patient and helpful.

The two agents were friendly and hooked up our new audio system quickly, then explained how to work the remote with the audio system. The problem was they did not match it with the TV remote or even check to see if it worked with TV remote also. Now we have to use 2 remotes for our new TV which is suppose to do everything with one. Many calls to BEST Buy, phones always busy, put on hold forever, transferred to different depts, and still not fixed, or even gotten a "followup" visit to correct it which is suppose to be guaranteed. Probably should give 1 star, but they were knowledgeable and friendly. Other services used have been good in the past..on the fence if I'll use them again.

We bought a new TV, & our surround sound system & peripherals (DVD player, DVR player, etc.) needed correct routing through our complicated Denon receiver. The first tech we paid for just screwed things up with no explanation. After being specific about our needs, the 2nd tech did a fine job, and left us a "cheat sheet" with instructions for all remotes.

Good sound but can not control the base, that should have volume in the back of sub woofer to control the base that is taking over of the midrange sound and treble.
