HORRIBLE! 1st geek squad crew wasnt able to get rear speakers to pair so they left saying they need a remote so i drove back 40mins to store to get 1. It was a hassle to get them to cone back out again only to still not be able to complete job. When they were instructed to then just take back the soundbar and speakers as i clearly dont want them, they refused saying they dont do that... which meant another 40min drive to store immediately to return $700 worth of junk LG home theater. Not once were we even offered an apology for the incompetency of TWO geek squad crews to complete job AND we were NOT offered a dime back on the $300 installation fee they couldnt do..... HORRIBLE SERVICE AND COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT

Geek Squad did a great job setting up my new 4kTV. The only thing I wish that they would have done is get my Bose remote I use for my sound bar to work with Directv Now to stream TV online. I have to use two different remotes, but its not the end of the world. They did a good job overall setting up everything and connecting my sound bar..

The Geek Squad came out when they said they would! He got our sound system to work after cable company had messed it up!! I did have a few questions about a cable that wasn't hooked up to anything, but the guy didn't answer the questions and didn't want to investigate further what this cable was for:( (Reason why I didn't give a 5 Star.)

The Geeks came out and fixed an install I had to have done by another person after I moved into my new house in my new city during the Covid quarantine. The guys were good, quick, and professional. I have a pretty complex home theatre system but the handled the fixes like the pros they are.

The 2 young men who installed my TVs, wall mounts, sound bars and mounts + internet switch did an amazing job. After installation was completed, they setup all the equipment so it was ready to go. A+ job.

The guys where thoroughly complete with the installation. The where very cautious with my tv. The sound bar mount was perfect. I sent them a picture of a mount and it wasn't the correct one so they found the correct one. It looks so much better
