Agents set-up my TV and sound bar the way I wanted, and showed me things I did not know (my first smartTV). They cleaned-up their mess to my satisfaction.

I was very impressed from the time of putting on their booties upon entering my home to time they completed the setup of my new Manrantz Receiver. Agents Nikkito and Audrey were very professional and knowledgeable. They made sure I knew how to use the equipment before leaving. The fee was well worth it.

The agent came out and programmed my DIRECTV remote to sound bar which is nice but didn’t fix the issue of it not connecting to the TV. Just said they don’t fix sound bars.

Because of the various inputs cable, music, WiFi and three smart receivers it took a long time for the set up to be configured. Each input had to be named and coordinated through one input to the television. They stuck to it and everything works. I could never have done it alone and I am fairly tech savvy

My Geek Squad guys were excellent! They hooked up our sound bar and even told us the best sound bar mount to buy from Best Buy! We love our new sound bar. The first show we watched with the new sound bar was Jack Ryan on Netflix. It was awesome!

Sound quality has improved and is easy to control.

The agents provided validation of set up requirements and use of all remotes (Service provider and included TV and Sound Bar). Very helpful to enable operating a Smart TV. Highly recommend using their services.

Geek squad excellent service, respectful . Explained the sound system

Guys were professional. Installation included a wall mount for a new 4K 55" TV and Sonos sound bar and speakers. All went well and according to plan. They were patient while I struggled with passwords, etc. Good experience. Only rub is trying to do anything by phone. Forget it ... the phone tree is a disaster.

The sound bar set-up took some extra work from the obvious, but the Geek Squad employee succeeded through problem solving.

The guy who came was a pro. Was in and out in a few hours, tied up all the wires, and cleanly installed the speakers in the ceiling. Its services like this that make the totaltech sub worth it.

Our Geek Squad rep was professional, personable, and extremely knowledgeable. Arrived on time. Patiently and willingly answered any questions we had about our products. Made sure everything was set up and ready to use and that we were comfortable with the operation of our TV, soundbar and blu-ray player.

We bought 3 new I-pads, the staff members who helped us were great. They spent time helping us get all the data onto our cloud. They were helpful and made us feel that they wee interested in making our purchase as easy as possible.

Great service. Showed up as promised, very professional and informative. Took the time to explain our tv and audio system. Answered all our questions and then some. Cleaned up after themselves leaving the room as if they were never there. I will always use them on my purchases from Best Buy.
