The agent came out and programmed my DIRECTV remote to sound bar which is nice but didn’t fix the issue of it not connecting to the TV. Just said they don’t fix sound bars.

The agent mounted the tv lower than the cabinet then raised it way too high. He could not get the soundbar set up so he quit the geek squad and took my remote on his way out of my home. I had to have the supervisor come remount the tv set up the soundbar and I just received a replacement remote for the soundbar 3 weeks later. Now there are several holes in my wall. I was able to receive my money back from the TV install but have not received the money back from the $99 soundbar setup.

The Geek Squad service to hook up our sound system along with our new tv was fantastic! Our Geek, Mike Green, was so knowledgeable and friendly! He made sure everything was set up to achieve optimal sound mix!

Somehow nobody showed up for my initial appointment, and nobody called either. I had to call and reschedule and was told the technician had car trouble. Still not sure why nobody called. The guys who came out to do the work did a great job!

I bought 5000 worth of electronic and paid $100 to have items delivered and hooked up. The guys did a great job of setting up my TV, soundbar, and my other products. They took the time to ask me questions for TV set up and explained the remote. I am truly impressed with Best Buys new service program.

The agents suggested my questions were a Dish or a Century Link problem. At the time of installation picture and sound did not match and the picture was blurry.
The tv did not fit on my tv table and they did do a wall mount for me in a timely and efficient manner.

They connected the new soundbar to a tv I previously bought from BB and moved my old soundbar to my new tv. They even put on great 80's music before leaving!! Nice touch, gentlemen!!!

My geek squad service technician was excellent. He knew what to do to set up my new tv and receiver. I was sold an incorrect cable, so technician went to the rest of his appointments and gave me time to return one cable and replace it with correct cable. He came back that same day and finished the job.
