Kevin completed a diagnostic check of my home theater, identified issues, and corrected all problems. He also gave me recommendations to improve the efficiency of my system by upgrading certain components. He was professional, patient, and a pleasure to deal with.

Jesus called to let us know he was on his way. On arrival he quickly put on his shoe covers and got to work. After hooking everything up he explained how all the remote buttons worked. He made it easy for us to understand. Great service . Thank you Geek Squad for sending him.

The agent dismantled my old sound bar and installed the new one with one change they upgraded the connection wire to an HDMI for better quality and longevity

They set up my soundbar very quickly & explained any necessary info I needed to know. VERY PERSONABLE

Very professional prompt service. They hung 3 TVs and always asked how high I wanted them mounted. They also told me what the standard guidelines were for hanging the TV's. Also was impressed that the guy's wore something over their shoes to protect the floors of my house.

the agents connected our sandbar and subwoofer to the tv so that we use only one remote and answered our questions. they were very efficient .

A complicated situation with a outdated home theater and 4k tv. they managed to connect both and allow the tv to come through the theater speakers. It's not running perfectly but I did not need to buy another device for sound.

I just opened this online account to see what I purchased and received. This soundbar service was never completed. No one showed or called. I did receive a text that morning with updated arrival time but when no one showed I called and was told he was delayed 1 hr. I called again and was told he was still delayed, and they referred back to original time of up to 8 pm, At 830 pm still no one showed, and no one called. I called the third time and let them know this expecting someone to follow up about the installation. No one has contacted me since and today I see someone marked it as completed. Considering all the different people I talked to, I can assume the lies are a team effort. This is not just the squad this is a business wide problem. I went to two stores to find the products I had already research and was treated with poor service in both place. Then this group effort to lie about someone who was never coming to install a soundbar. And then it took weeks to set up my account as I was given wrong information by the techs on the phone. 2 Exceptions include the last tech who easily fix my individual account instead of setting up a joint account that doesn't exist, and a great tech who had installed a desktop.

The prior rep had connected the cables incorrectly, then failed to take the time to turn on the Vizio surrond sound system see if it was working properly.

I buy items not knowing how to use or appreciate the products purchased, but thanks to the geek's support, I'm learning how to be a better consumer.

Combined this service with Geek Squad's Home Theater set up, and was very pleased. The technicians were professional, courteous and knowledgeable. The service call was fast, but thorough, and they took the time to make sure I understood the basic set up and functions of the network and other components.

Great job - very quick - and recommended a different soundbar (for my tinnitus) if the Sony soundbar was insufficient.

Total Tech Support is great! All the time! I fees so much more support in knowing I can call or if problems someone comes out to troubleshoot!

It works, but with a couple issues. Hulu is intermittent, I end up using my Fire TV for Hulu even though the app is native to the TV. Also, I was told to have all my accounts and passwords ready for the installation, but had to enter myself after installers left.

The Geek Squad was able to reconnect my old school sound bar and wireless sub to my new tv. These items were purchased years ago at Best Buy and when I unplugged them to move, I lost the manuals!!

This sound bar is expensive for the quality it gives. It sounds better than the sony it replaced but I think it sounded better in the store than it does in my home.

2 geeks hooked up my rockin sound bar and High Def dvd 4 k to the 75” Sony Bravia now it’s a concert hall and movie theatre too Great job guys but next time plug in the DVD player after a 1/2 hour of angst and scratching my head I plugged in the dvd and all is well
