The Geek Squad were right on time, very friendly and went right to work. They fixed my problem and ask if I was having any other type of problem using my tv or remote. They wore mask and shoe covers as it had snowed and the side walk was wet.

I just opened this online account to see what I purchased and received. This soundbar service was never completed.
No one showed or called. I did receive a text that morning with updated arrival time but when no one showed I called and was told he was delayed 1 hr. I called again and was told he was still delayed, and they referred back to original time of up to 8 pm, At 830 pm still no one showed, and no one called. I called the third time and let them know this expecting someone to follow up about the installation. No one has contacted me since and today I see someone marked it as completed. Considering all the different people I talked to, I can assume the lies are a team effort.
This is not just the squad this is a business wide problem. I went to two stores to find the products I had already research and was treated with poor service in both place. Then this group effort to lie about someone who was never coming to install a soundbar. And then it took weeks to set up my account as I was given wrong information by the techs on the phone.
2 Exceptions include the last tech who easily fix my individual account instead of setting up a joint account that doesn't exist, and a great tech who had installed a desktop.

Brian was very through. He explained everything hs was doing and how i could use this item. Brian went above and beyond for me. I would highly recomend Brian.

Daniel and Mike from the Geek Squad came out to set up our new purchases, from Best Buy of course! Daniel had been out once before and this time Mike was with him. They were very knowlegible and professional about setting up our system for us. Then Daniel showed us how to use it! Our hats off to Daniel and to Mike!!

The agents were friendly and fast. However after leaving I noticed the Velodine subwoofer would not turn on. The tech(s) did not say the subwoofer was working or not working. I believe there’s a fuse blown on the circuit.

We had Geek Squad come in and set up our LG sound bar and LG 65 inch TV. They were on time, very pleasant, and gave us instructions on how to use the system and even took away the old system. This is the way to go.

I changed cable companies and the cable installer couldn't figure out how to reconnect my soundbar. Geek squad not only connected it but eliminated a remote control. I am now able to do everything with this one remote.

My Dolby Atmos was connected by Digital Optical, NOT HDMI. Dolby Atmos is not carried by Digital Optical. Left and Right Surround Speakers were not connected to correct outputs from Sub Woofer. A speaker test was not run by technician.

The agent came out and installed the soundbar - and knew enough to get an update to the software to correct connection problem - something I did not. VERY thankful that he did - avoided an unnessessary return.

The agents connected my phonograph, DVD, CD, and VCR players to my stereo receiver. They wired my speakers and hooked all components to my TV. Then they even wrote me instructions.

I had a TV mounted as well as audio setup and the geek squad gentleman who came out was outstanding. Did an incredibly good job. My only issue and the reason I gave it four stars is because setting up the appointment with cake squad was terrible. They're terrible at getting somebody out to you but the person that comes out tends to be really good.

Arrived on time and we're pleasant. I told and showed them what wasn't working and they fixed and made sure everything was functioning correctly before they left. Would always recommend best buy geek squad to friends even integrate a bit expense they stand behind they stand behind all work.
