The agent who installed my sound bar was friendly and respectful. He arrived in the time slot I had selected. The installation was fast and he made sure I knew how to operate it before he left.

My Geek Squad guys were excellent! They hooked up our sound bar and even told us the best sound bar mount to buy from Best Buy! We love our new sound bar. The first show we watched with the new sound bar was Jack Ryan on Netflix. It was awesome!

Needed our audio setup to work with new TV. Geek Squad did an excellent job and created a new setup which allowed me to do with less cables, but still have all the functionality I desired. They did this in about half the time they anticipated. Great job!

I was very pleased of the creek square bringing me another TV due to the one that was mounted was damage. It was a fast turnaround within 3 days.

We bought 3 new I-pads, the staff members who helped us were great. They spent time helping us get all the data onto our cloud. They were helpful and made us feel that they wee interested in making our purchase as easy as possible.

My TV looks even better now that the Geek Squad mounted the beautiful sound bar right my TV.

The tech -- whose name I have forgotten -- came when he said he would and was friendly, courteous, and very knowledgeable. I'm 82 and can no longer do this kind of thing myself, but I was glad I bought the service as he knew some things I should have but didn't.

The guys did a great job and I would highly recommend them again.

Once the TV was set up they connected all my components to the system. They actually did a speaker set up also. Once everything was set up they went through the whole thing with me and made sure that I understood everything. System works great, probably couldn't have done it by myself.

The Geek Squad went over and above the installation! I was so impressed that I called his supervisor after he left and wrote an excellent review on him. Its been a few weeks now and I forgot who my Geek consultant was, sorry. I have raved about this service since. Thank you!
