Ron and his helper Abner did a great job! They were professional, informative and took special care in installing my TV and soundbar!

As always happens I could not be more pleased with the Geek Squad work . My Samsung Soundbar was installed quickly and pair with my TV . I was then shown how to operate that setup .Th.e agent made sure I could enjoy my new Soundbar

The two Geek Squad techs that installed the surround did a fabulous job. Very nice guys, took extra care to protect my things, floor, equipment, etc.. First time ever using them and I WILL be using them again. I have fixed a soundproof room downstairs and that's the next project. Best Buy will set that room up also

Soundbars are relatively easy to set up, but our situation wasn't typical. Job done was literally no fuss, no mess. We undid the packaging and kept the recyclable material, while Geek took away the rest.

David and Gage were a great team. They connected the Amazon Fire Stick to our Bose sound system. Unfortunately the Fire Stick software is too advanced for our old Bose system, but that wasn't Dave and Gage's fault.

The agents did a nice, clean and thorough hookup on my two TVs, sound bar/sub and 5 speaker surround sound system. All in a professional & timely manner.

The Geek agent mounted my SOUNDBAR and have it connected to my home theatre system. Did an excellent job of optimizing the nice features of my home theatre system.

Well done by a thorough, patient professional. Oddly enough, the installer turned down my offer of technical device on the grounds of my not having any experience.

Mounting the sound bar bracket was fairly complicated. It also requires the tv to swt about 1" more from the wall. Overall it works very well though.

I was very impressed from the time of putting on their booties upon entering my home to time they completed the setup of my new Manrantz Receiver. Agents Nikkito and Audrey were very professional and knowledgeable. They made sure I knew how to use the equipment before leaving. The fee was well worth it.

The Geek Squad guys were great. Installed everything and set it all up where it was simply a "plug and play" process.

Sound quality has improved and is easy to control.
