I was very lucky to get Heather and Connor from crossroads plaza Best Buy store. They were so thorough and caring. They would not leave until the installation of my new OLED TV and sound system was perfect. I will be only using them for my future plans in the spring.

The Geek Squad was very professional, efficient, and customer centered with their inquiry as to where I wanted my system setup and how I wanted it done. They did not make any assumptions and in fact asked the right questions to get the job done correctly the first time.

Everything was delivered and connected properly. The technician stayed until we were all satisfied with the setup. Also, took the old TV which was so helpful.

The Best Buy representative was thorough, courteous and informative while connecting sound bars and DVD players in multiple sites. Very pleased and hope he will return to set up my audio equipment.

Fantastic! The sales associate said this was a great item, especially for the price. He was right! The trailer for the Top Gun movie came on and it sounded like I was in the theater!

I have had 3 different appointments with the geek squad to come and install tv's and sound bars and I always ask for Brian. He is consistently on time and courteous and super expert in his field. He is the best.

I was very pleased of the creek square bringing me another TV due to the one that was mounted was damage. It was a fast turnaround within 3 days.

The agent set up the tv and attached the sound bar, then tested same on multiple channels and made adjustments as necessary. He then removed all packing materials and empty boxes. I later discovered I did not have the subwoofer.

John Hill was great. He was professional, friendly, and patient helping me figure out the Bose App. He also took an extra minute to help me with my printer, which had been a big frustration.

The agents did a nice, clean and thorough hookup on my two TVs, sound bar/sub and 5 speaker surround sound system. All in a professional & timely manner.

The person who installed our new Denon and DVD/CD player did a wonderful job. All the wiring was neatly zip tied together so you don't see a lot of wires all over. He also explained using the remote for running the sound for the TV, DVD/CD and our turntable through the Denon.

These valued professional techs are top notch and thoroughly know what they are doing. They waste no time and I feel at ease about watching them go about the business of taking care of my needs. They are of the highest quality. Thanks, Geek Squad.

Once connected I was pleased with the performance, however the set-up was not as easy as I was led to believe. It took getting the geek squad out to get it up and running.

The agent not only connected my devices, he set me up so that I could used one remote. Something the cable company employee could not do.

The Geek squad came out and did the set up on our new system, TV, Speakers, DVD player, sound bar & receiver along with a universal remote. They did a professional job and very happy with their work. Thank You R. and S. White
