This is a great sound bar sounds excellent i like the surround sound good from front to rear left to right. Bass is good. Over all it's awesome

The technicians from Geek Squad installed, set up and showed me how the sound bar works, I couldn't be happier and recommend them for any type of installation.

Had a sound system installation from Best Buy. Not a tech person, but the components installed work very well. The installers kept informing what we needed to know during the installation. The one installer left his business card and encouraged us to call.

The agents who came to my home were friendly, efficient and did a good job.

The agents moved a TV set to another room. Then the installed a new tilting wall mount and mounted a 85" QLED TV just where we wanted it. They hooked it up to my TV service, powered it up, set all the settings properly and showed me how to so much with it. Also had a Netgear modem installed, and an eero mesh system installed along with 2 Alexa Show devices. Next they confirmed my Home Theater 5.2 system and balanced the sound very nicely. Very good group of agents. Polite, informative, well mannered and cleaned up everything after installs completed. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

The agents connected the new soundbar to the TV and reset our remotes so we could control the sound through the cable remote. Also showed me a few new things about the TV that I wasn't aware of.

The agents made the sound bar operational through the use of apps on their phones, then explained the process until we understood how to use the universal remote to operate the sound bar with our older DVD unit. Everything working well to this day.

The technicians who connected the sound bar were contract workers. They were very professional and were more knowledgeable than the last direct Geek Squad employee who set up our tv.

The agent arrived on time, and was very helpful. We apparently had set up the sonos soynd bar correctly, and didn't know it. But he showed us how to use it, and answered a lot of our questions in a kind and thoughtfulnway. Great service and petson

He was friendly, competent, shared information about the Sound Bar and Remote, showed me what he was doing and why, mainly because I was interested and asked him too. Very knowledgeable; a pro, also with great people skills. Made me feel like we're working as a team. One of the best. 5 Stars and more. Great job.

I have had this item for 5 months now and I just love the sound that comes out of this system I am glad that I had it professionally done.

The men who installed it couldn’t get it to work by blue tooth. Although l was not happy about them I am pleased with the sound bar. Just right for me

They did a good job. It would have been better if they spoke only English to each other in front of me instead of the man only speaking Spanish to the woman who was bi-lingual and seemed to be in charge (I have no idea what they are saying???). I can understand that in Mexico but NOT in VERMONT!

Rick, from Geek Squad, hooked up our existing sound bar to our new TV. He switched out the input from optic to HDMI cable, explaining this was the best way to connect the TV and sound bar. He adjusted the treble, base and woofer levels and the sound was much better than before. He also adjusted the U-Verse remote to control everything. We're very pleased with the work he did.
