Great service. Showed up as promised, very professional and informative. Took the time to explain our tv and audio system. Answered all our questions and then some. Cleaned up after themselves leaving the room as if they were never there. I will always use them on my purchases from Best Buy.

The agents were professional, made great suggestions on how to solve some wire issues, and hooked up my tv and sound bar and the tv in the guest room. They were great! I will use them again and recommend them to my friends. Thank you

Once connected I was pleased with the performance, however the set-up was not as easy as I was led to believe. It took getting the geek squad out to get it up and running.

The person who came to set up my TV and Surround Sound was knowledgeable, patient and made excellent suggestions so we would get the most out of the experience. He came to our home with shoe booties and that was so appreciated. Would not hesitate to have him in our home again.

They install d a mesh network and corrected problems we were having with our remote and sound bar. Francisco, who had been out before was very knowledgeable and helpful

The Geek Squad team installed a wall mount, hung the TV and connected a new Sound Bar and our cable box and surround sound. They were terrific and patient!

This is the best so far and really appreciated the expertise of the assembly. Did not think I needed it, could have assembled it my self with help, but would have spent a long time trying to work out the system which was taught by the techs that assembled it. Worth the money.
