Geek squad set up two tv's for me. EXCELLENT JOB! Programmed every thing into one remote! Did educational demonstration as well for wife and myself. Very respectful to entering and exiting house and moving furniture! Cleaned up as if they were never there!

3times my scheduled installation was cancelled. My biggest complaint is that trying to get access to rectify was placed on hold with long wait times, then transfer to another person with longer wait times then a dial tone. This happened to me several times after each cancelled installation with no explanation and then directed to online website to try to get an answer and help that required a person. The 3rd scheduled installation which was supposed to occur between 0730 and 1:30 pm was cancelled. At 8 pm that day a 3rd party contractor arrived at 8 pm with 25 minutes notice after Customer Service said 3 hours earlier that my installation was cancelled and could not give me an explanation. This was 4 weeks from the day I purchased my Sound Bar. Two Best Buy stores and Total Protect could not figure out who or what the problem was and left me with trying to find someone who did. I don’t like giving bad reviews but this was such a time consuming problem for me for 3 weeks and such a stressful experience that after being a loyal Best Buy & Geek Squad customer for 30 years I think I need to find a local IT service that is reliable and at least will give you access to a live person. The technician who came out, after a month of frustrating cancellations at least did a nice job and was courteous. High marks go to their technicians. However, all the communications layering seems to have changed and it is a real mess and is not going to bode well for Total Protect if they don’t resolve this very quickly.

Took it out of the box and then argued with me over using hdmi instead of Bluetooth telling me how superior 'Bluetooth was , later found my remote in with the garbage as he didn't even see it in the box. No demonstration terrible will not do any further business with best buy.

The Best Buy representative was thorough, courteous and informative while connecting sound bars and DVD players in multiple sites. Very pleased and hope he will return to set up my audio equipment.

Geek Squad installed my Sony 65X950G, headphones, soundbar, and remote. They were quick and took away my old TV and all the packing material. They also showed me how to use all the devices. I can't say enough about them. They also programmed all the components.

In addition to our new OLED 4K TV we had a new Sound Bar and rear surround speakers installed and set-up. We were shown how to operate the new system and its features. We are very happy with the service of the Geek Squad.

The agents mounted my sound system to the mounting bracket that connected directly to my tv mount. They even showed us how to connect the system to the bracket.
